Only negative comment is there needs to be two trash bags for the kitchen especially during holidays. Great place to stay, convenient to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. I would recommend this place!

Super clean, and great customer service. The bathrooms were smaller than I anticipated, my mother had issues getting in with a walker. Great location, close to pigeon forge. Great view off the balcony.
