Guests can enjoy a shared heated pool, peaceful Lemon Bay views, and a private screened lanaiâperfect for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry and free parking for one vehicle.
Located in a quiet 8-unit complex, Turtle Bay 3A is within walking distance to restaurants, live music, and local shops. Optional boat dock access on Lemon Bay is available by reservation (fee), and guests can explore the island easily using Stumpyâs Free Ride golf-cart shuttle. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.
Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.
