Very Clean and centrally located. Easy short walk to private beach with little to no crowds. Family had a great time relaxing and just what we needed. Leo was very responsive and communicative before and during stay.

Amazing place to stay! Bay Ocean Views from the dining room and right across the street from the private beach! Definitely rent a car if you plan to drive to some of the local tourist attractions - otherwise everything's very close in walking distance. Great restaurants and bars are close. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back in the future!!

We've stayed at this complex in the past and love the location, cleanliness of properties & pool area, and the other guests are very friendly. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay longer next year!

Everything you need to relax!

Best beach condo we ever have stayed at. Gulf in front of us and the bay behind us both in walking distance. The condo had everything you could need. It was very clean and completely updated. We will be back with are children and their families!

Awesome Vacation

Had a great stay. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. Dolphins visited every day and the neighbors were all very nice. The best restaurant we ate at was right next door. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to everyone!!

Cozy and comforting

From the time we walked in the door it was pure bliss. All of the stresses of everyday life melted away. Very clean and inviting. the beach is a short walk and veiws was tranquil. Everything you would need was there a stop by the local grocery Store to stay in and fix your favorite meals, or go down to the local eateries and bars that was also a short distance.

Wished we stayed longer!

Excellent condo and host! Loved our views of the bay and all its wildlife, and the easy walk to the beach which has been replenished with sand. Lots of storm clean-up work still ongoing on the island, but Island Breeze property is in great shape. In the unit, we especially appreciated the comfy beds, the tastefully updated space with a very well-equipped and big kitchen, and a nice bathroom. Our host was excellent, communicated thoroughly and was very responsive. Would love to come back!

Great place to stay

We were here for two weeks and we’re able to walk everywhere. There are 4 places to eat, all within walking distance, about 1/2 mile. The beach was literally right across the street. Stump Pass Park was about a mile down the beach road and Blind Pass Park is about 3 miles on the other direction. Both very nice, worth a trip to check them out. Tons of shells. The owner was very responsive and condo has all that you would need. Definitely would highly recommend.

I have deleted my vrbo and will never use again. I have used this site all through the years. Me and my boys go everywhere all year. I don't do reviews at all, and this was the worst place i have ever stayed at. To the point i have had to get a lawyer involved because my underage kids where threatened and i was harassed everyday! My kids have said to me they never want to go back to fl! These people should be ashamed! They keep on too! Do not waste your money!

Wonderful Experience

We were new to Manasota Key and had a lovely experience. The property was so clean and quiet. We enjoyed the view of the bay over meals, watching neighbors fish off the dock, a parade of beautiful birds and dolphin pods feeding. A fresh fish market was within walking distance and we used the very well equipped kitchen to steam shrimp, bake grouper and stone crab. The beds were so comfortable and although there is a fine dining restaurant next door, the quiet background music was not a problem at all. The beach is a quick walk across the road, and was lovely. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and clean and in great shape! The pool is a chlorine pool and is perfect for lap swimming. We enjoyed watching movies in the evening or walking to one of the several local restaurants. We parked our car and only went out once to go over to Englewood to get some groceries, a short 5 minute drive. If you are seeking a quiet peaceful location on Manasota Key this is it.

Good value

This is the second time we visited Manasota Key renting a VRBO property. Overall, the value of this rental was very good. Pros: Beautiful sunrise views of Lemon Bay; Great location - walking distance to all the restaurants and beach; Well equipped unit with most of what you need. For the price, it was a good rental for our Christmas getaway. There are a few things to be aware of before you rent: This unit is old and we had a noise complaint from the downstairs neighbor. We are not a loud family, but you can hear every footstep when you walk through the unit. I felt like we had to walk on eggshells the rest of the week. So, it may not be the best option for a family with young, energetic kids. Also, we received communication the day before checkin that the air conditioning will freeze up if you set it below 72 - not an issue for us, but if you need a cooler place, be aware of this. As stated before though, it was very good value for the price and the owner responded to our questions in a very timely manner.

Unit is the same age as 90% of the condos on the island so it's age is irrelevant. We hope all our guests enjoy their stay. Most of our guests have been families on vacation. This was the ONLY noise complaint we have ever received from our neighbor of 3 years. As owners, we have a responsibility to respond to any complaints. We are sorry that guests took offense when contacted about excessive noise.

Paradise on Lemon Bay

This property was fantastic for us! The property was clean, well stocked and exactly as advertised. The boat dock is great (for a 22’ Carolina Skiff) and to have both Bay and Beach access is wonderful. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants on the key and Stump Pass State Park. Leo was available for resolution of any issues. This is the first time an owner has come by and introduced himself! I definitely recommend this property.

Nice little place

Easy check-in/out. Nice view of the bay. Very clean and easy to keep clean. Some directions for wi-fi/parking a little outdated on property/emails, but owner clarified quickly. Live music at restaurant next door was noticeable, but not too loud. Beds were really firm.

Great condo in awesome location

We had a great long weekend at this condo in an amazing location! Check in was easy and the condo was very clean! It had all the basic supplies needed to get your vacation started. The view of the bay was beautiful! The location is perfect with bay front view and short easy walk across the street to a private beach! We walked to the area restaurants. The owner was responsive and friendly! Really enjoyed staying here and definitely would recommend!

Great location close to beach and restaurants. Served our purpose for a short stay. FYI WiFi doesn't reach all rooms, in case you need to work during stay. Information in binder in condo was not up to date but owner was very responsive to messages to resolve the issues.
