Enjoy the private and peaceful yard with flower gardens while cooking your favorite summertime recipes on the gas grill. Share your meals at the outdoor picnic table on the deck overlooking the spacious yard. Then, after a stroll on the beach and or to the Landing Store for ice cream, sushi or wine, take in the salt air of a warm summer evening while kicking back on a lounge chair on the deck. Remember to save time for the spectacular sunsets!

Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore, the Town of Eastham is a coastal resort community straddling the arm of Cape Cod. Located on the outer Cape, the Town is bounded on two sides by land, the other two by water, the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay. Eastham is a quiet town with several ocean and bay beaches, a host of kettle ponds, pretty country lanes, panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and lots of wide-open space for nature lovers. The Audubon Sanctuary in Wellfleet is a popular spot and is only a few miles away from the cottage and don't forget the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is only a five minute bike ride away.

The place itself was nice. They are obviously doing some updates to the building. The biggest downfall was the pool area was completely shutdown. We were hoping for a family chill day at pool upon arrival and that did not happen.

The host, Carlos, was absolutely the best and easiest host I've dealt with, and the condo was super clean, and exactly as described. I highly recommend using this unit.

Great apartment

Beautiful well stocked apartment is an easy to get to and centralized location. Close to beaches restaurants and shops. The owner was very accommodating and has a lot of amenities available for guests to use. The only down side was the pool was not available at the time of our stay. I did get to see the pool which is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Puerto Rico visit

The property was really nice and clean. It was centrally located to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Mr Rosado was very attentive to texts that I sent him and was even nice enough to text me NFL playoff scores (i couldn't operate the TV loll). This is actually a place that I would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality. Puerto Rico was the bomb diggity!

Excellent!

Wonderful experience. The owner communicated with us during the check in process and answered questions about local attractions while we were there. The property is amazing and beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are provided. The washer and dryer also came in handy. The patio was my favorite spot to sit and relax after days on the beach. Pool was also awesome for relaxing days before heading home.

It was as described plus more. There was extra amenities such as shampoo conditioner Soap. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. The area is extremely close to all stores. Definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around. I definitely will come back to this condo.

Everything went as planned, the owner helped me check in with ease. The place was clean and had many items left for us to use (cooler, beach chairs, etc.) The only thing that was a negative was the pool could not be used, but that was NO FAULT to the owner. This was due to COVID-19 precautions. Thank you. We would stay here again.

We have vacationed with our kids in Eastham for over twenty five years. It has always been our dream to own a home that we can share with others to create memories like the ones that we have enjoyed for so long. Eastham is an area for all ages and interests. It goes beyond the beautiful beaches and water sports to include sightseeing of American Indian and Pilgrim settlements, whale watching, nature trails, vineyard tours and natural history.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The proximity of this cottage to the beach is commented on consistently by our guests. Being just a one minute walk away allows you to make easy trips back and forth whenever you need to, be it a cold drink, a bathroom visit or a change of clothes. The property itself offers a private backyard for relaxing after a day at the beach or when cooking out. Our most popular feature at the cottage is the fabulous outdoor shower. Don't forget to try showering under the stars! However, before you do that, you'll want to walk those few steps back to the beach to watch the sun setting into the ocean on a clear day. This is an east coast rarity and one that never grows old - even after twenty five years!
