The Falls House est une maison de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain située au cœur du magnifique Texas Hill Country. Situé sur plus de 30 hectares de randonnée, de pêche, de natation, de tubing, d’observation de la faune ou tout simplement de détente, sur les berges aménagées de la magnifique rivière Guadalupe. Un endroit vraiment isolé, mais accessible - à quelques minutes de Canyon Lake et des destinations de shopping, de restauration et de danse de la ville historique de Gruene, au Texas. Parfait pour une escapade romantique ou des vacances en famille mémorables.

Commodités: riverain privé, wifi, table de billard, cuisine complète, foyer extérieur, laveuse / sécheuse, linge de lit et de bain et plus!

Over the top in luxury and quality. Owners especially friendly and accommodating. Owners love to see guests enjoying and appreciating the property. Animal lovers dream vacation. Will definitely rebook in the future.

True hidden gem

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t begin to express how much we enjoyed our weekend at the Cypress falls retreat. Upon coming through the property gate you are greeted by beautiful wild, exotic deer and cute Swany! The entire grounds are meticulously manicured. The Falls house was spotless clean and well stocked. Not one thing was missing that I could ask for. My most favorite part was stepping onto the balcony to the beautiful Guadalupe falls view. The waterfall sound was heaven. You can walk right down to the river and tube directly from your house. Jo and Jill the owners were beyond helpful and sweet. You can tell they take great pride of their land and truly enjoy being the best hosts! Can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Getaway

Excellent property and accommodations. Management office is quick to reply to questions. Owners are great people and very welcoming. Must see vacation spot. Have your own swimming hole or river to fish and can see lots of exotic and natural wildlife without breaking a sweat.

Great property, overbearing owner

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Falls house was absolutely stunning and in a fantastic location. The entire property was gorgeous and we loved having private access to the water. However, the owner lives on the property and was incredibly overbearing. We couldn't relax all weekend and felt like we had to have our heads on a swivel, in fear we would get in trouble, even though we were following all the rules. At every turn, the owner was eyeballing us and counting us to make sure we all had our wristbands on and were where we were supposed to be. Sorry but if I pay $1600 for two nights, I don't want to be monitored non-stop.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent our second straight summer vacation at the Falls House, and next year we will make it 3 in a row. This is the perfect getaway. We love everything about it - The house, the views, the beauty, the location, the accommodations, the river, the falls, and the property. We spent most of our time on site enjoying all it has to offer, but also ventured out nearby to tube the horseshoe and Comal, watched a concert at Whitewater, and enjoyed some local food. Swimming, tubing, and fishing on site was a blast. We were lucky enough to meet the owners, who are great people, and enjoyed learning about the property history. We highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderfully fantastic! We've always wanted a great place to spend our July 4th holiday on the river in the TX hill country, albeit, away from the crowds that amass during the holiday. You'd be hard pressed to convince me there's a better location on the river to enjoy the cold river water and the sound of water falls. Better yet, they've dug deep into the river bed to allow for some awesome fishing and jumps off the old Cypress trees and rope swing into the river. We have young children, and the 2hr float from Canyon Lake to the property was the perfect pace we were looking for. We'll be taking the kayaks on our next visit and checking out the Gorge next to the property. In addition to the amazing river location, they have exotic animals roaming the 100 acre property. Our girls gathered plenty of feathers from the peacocks, swan and ducks. Fred and Sam (the barn cats) were better than dogs. Feeding Keystow (horse) was a nice treat, as well. We were amazed at the deer (7 species) and ram that roam the property. It was better than visiting the Houston zoo in some aspects. The houses on property are located very close to the water and couldn't be more accommodating. Privacy gates and all of life's luxuries are included. Also, the Sunday house was like stepping into an old Texas time capsule. For the train fans, there's a freaking caboose on the property! Beyond all of the wonderful attributes of the property, my family was treated like royalty by Joe and Meridith Watford. This was our first visit and we were complete strangers to them. Meridith is an absolute angel with children and was always thinking ahead of how to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you Meridith, my children miss you already. My husband said we went to enjoy the river and ended up enjoying Joe and Meridith even more. Joe had wonderful stories about the property and made it come alive. It's very rare you come across people so gracious and giving of their time and resources. We are truly thankful to

We had planned to do all sorts of things around hill country but barely left the grounds. The pictures and descriptions don't do justice. Cypress Falls is the most beautiful place we've stayed by far. And lots to do. Great swimming, fishing, and just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. We will be back. The house itself was perfect. Very clean and well-maintained with big bedrooms and nice features throughout.
