We (spouse, kids, & grands) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location with ability to walk to neighborhood pool. Unit was updated, clean, & laid out very well. Kitchen had enough for our needs. And comes with a 6 seater golf cart which worked very well for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Best family trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo for our family! It was clean and the perfect size. Perfect location too! We had the best time! Also so thankful for the golfcart!! We will definitely be back

Summer Vacation

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time! We had plenty of space and the golf cart was awesome! We were able to travel all around Sandestin and to the beach without ever needing to move our car. My only suggestion to future guests is to bring some blankets! We like to curl up with blankets on the couch and couldn’t find any in the unit. Not a complaint- just want others to know this. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was just as pictured, if not better. Plenty of room for a large family, separate dining area and on a pond. And it came with a golf cart, which made it easier getting around on the Sandestin properties. Would highly recommend.

Did not get the vacation rental we expected

Nice property. Listing was deceiving and contradicting. Next time i may try another way to rent since i was not able to get help from VRBO.

Nice home

The townhouse was nice and clean. The golf cart was a great addition that most don't offer. The property of Sandestin is beautiful as always. The new beach rules made enjoying the beach very difficult. Sandestin only always 95% of guest to use 33% of beachfront. The other 66% was for 4 condo buildings. They are polluting the little beachfront with unused chairs and umbrellas. The beach seemed more crowded than it was as there was very little area for people to sit. There wasn't even much room behind the rows of chairs to game play. Been going to Sandestin for over 20 years, always loved the quiet, less crowded, family feel and this may have been my last trip. The beauty of the property was overshadowed by the overcrowded beach (even though it was off season and few people were there).

Convenient location

Convenient location. Golf cart wouldn’t work at first but tightened the battery and it finally worked. Quick drive to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. Walking distance to Ben and Jerry’s. Also walking distance to the pool. I will say the cleaning company hired for this rental does not do a good job. Beds weren’t made up properly (fitted sheet was barely on and inside out), fans were thick with dust, sandy floors. Other than that it is a good rental

Spring break vacation!!

Amazing property. So much room and perfect for our family. Perfect for spring break and absolutely loved the golf cart for easy access to the beach. Very clean especially for a property that allows pets. Will definitely stay again.
