We’re Josh and Sam Simpson from Richmond, Virginia, where we live with our three young daughters and two toy poodles. Our family loves spending time together at the beach, and that’s what inspired us to share our Sandbridge home, United We Sand, with others.

We chose Sandbridge because it offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Specifically, we fell in love with the North End of Sandbridge, where the neighborhood is more residential, with year-round living families. This part of Sandbridge has less traffic compared to the South End, making it ideal for peaceful, family-oriented vacations.

One of the things we appreciate most about the North End is the quiet and easy walk to reach the beach. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy slow mornings by the ocean, spend time exploring nearby wildlife refuges, or simply relax with loved ones in a safe, welcoming environment.

For us, Sandbridge feels like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to all the attractions of Virginia Beach. We’re thrilled to share this special place with our guests and hope you love it as much as we do!

Our property, United We Sand, is a one-of-a-kind getaway that offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities. The house itself is designed with families and groups in mind. With 6 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and ample living space, there’s room for everyone to relax and unwind. Guests love our private backyard pool, complete with an outdoor shower, where you can cool off after a day at the beach or enjoy evenings under the stars.

The fully equipped kitchen and large dining spaces make it easy to share meals together, while the short walk to the beach lets you effortlessly shift between ocean adventures and poolside relaxation. We’ve also ensured the house is stocked with all the essentials, so you can focus on making memories with your loved ones.
