On Airbnb, I’ve earned 19 five-star reviews, been named a Guest Favorite, and ranked in the top 5% of homes—a distinction based on consistently high ratings, positive reviews, and reliability. Since I recently listed my home on Vrbo, I’m still building up reviews here and wanted to clarify a few points for accuracy and for the benefit of future guests. All three guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds (not full), and I’m happy to provide proof of purchase if helpful. As noted in the listing, the primary suite is locked off, and the guest rooms—while smaller than the primary—are each equipped with a queen bed, bedside tables, closet space, and comfortable room to move around. To offer greater transparency, I’ve added a floor plan with room dimensions to the listing so future guests can better visualize the layout before booking. The guest bedrooms are standard in size for a home of this layout, which spans just over 2,400 sq ft. Both bathrooms available to guests are full bathrooms, each with a bathtub and shower, and the listing photos accurately reflect their layout and amenities. Lastly, while I do ask that guests follow all house rules—including our no-pet policy—I appreciated that the home was left in great condition, which I took into account when leaving your 5-star review after your stay. I always aim to provide a transparent and welcoming experience, and while I wish the space had aligned more closely with your expectations, I appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify for future guests.
