Charming 2-bedroom apartment in the center of Budapest.
Your cozy getaway awaits in Budapest at this adorable apartment. With 2 bedrooms featuring 2 full beds and 1 sofa bed, this brilliant space is perfect for small groups or families.
The building was built in 1868 for Lindenbaum LĆwy, a wealthy textile manufacturer and virilist. The small independent house in the courtyard served as a private house of prayer.

Ideally located apartment. It's a shame that it's not top-notch inside. It's not clean, the duvets are small and don't fit the width of the bed. There was no access to the programme chancels of Tv; I had to install the antenna wiring and search for channels myself. The television is only in one bedroom, not both. The television is very small. Hopefully The city is beautiful.
Very clean. You get to stay in a very European apartment with courtyard and next to a consulate. Host communicated very well. Very close to many food, shopping, and sightseeing options. I would recommend coming during the day as the alley and entrance is a bit tricky and parking a premiumâ but Mark gives very good instructions. Know that you have a long staircase to climb when considering packing.
Great location and central to all and was quiet at night. Clean apartment and communication with the owner was great. The shower pipe probably needs a fix and maybe a few extra pillows. The villa had everything possibly needed. Thank you
This unit in Budapest was fantastic. We were there as a family of 6 in a brutal heatwave, but the way the building is set up, the two fans Mark left us were absolutely enough to keep us cool overnight. The kitchen was sufficient to make simple meals and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The WiFi was solid, and the instructions for how to get in and out of the unit were straightforward. Beyond the unit itself, the location was perfect. It was right in the old Jewish Quarter, which is a hub of nightlife, history, and culture for Budapest. It's also a short walk from Andressy Blvd, a number of grocery stores, and key public transit hubs (Deak Ferenc, which has all 3 subway lights, and the Oktagon stop on several of the key tram lines). This place isn't glamorous, but it is comfortable, well-situated, and a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.
We actually only ended up staying one day. There was an issue with the internet. We decided to find another place, and Mark was very gracious to refund the days we did not use.
One of the best VRBO experiences weâve had anywhere in the world. The apartment was spotless, quiet, and perfectly located in the heart of Budapestâclose to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the value for the location was outstanding. Weâll definitely be back.
