Discover the beauty of Strawberry from this enchanting 2 bedroom Kabin With 2 King beds and a Kozy living room. Enjoy the Kool shade on the large deck outback with towering Ponderosa Pine trees. Adventure is just around the corner with nearby hiking trails. Indulge in a shopping spree at local antique shops, gift shops or savor delicious meals at local nearby restaurants.
Please feel at home! You're welcome to use anything that is open in the Kabin. We just Kindly ask that the locked closets & garage doors be left alone. Thank you for understanding!
A BBQ Grill is ready for your cooking adventures. Sit out on the deck & relax.
Unplug & Unwind. Want some drama in your life? Spot captivating elk and bird performances in our forest show from the front row!
Other things to NOTE
There is no dishwasher in the Kabin. Please consider this as you plan any meals.
The Kabin has a septic system and any food waste needs to go into the trash as there is no garbage disposal in the sink.
Pets need to be crated when you are not home. The deck is not a Kennel. Please clean up after your pet. Please respect our furniture. Guests are responsible for any damages. Thanks for understanding.
Quiet hours 8pm-8am PLEASE NO LARGE PARTIES OR MUSIC. Noise carries long distances as the Kabin is on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CABIN OR BACK DECK. If smoke or vape residue is detected in those areas, You will be charged the cost of the clean up & odor removal.
The National forrest service keeps you updated on any forrest fires at maps.wildfire.gov Also another helpful app is Watch Duty!
When leaving put the bagged trash in the can on the front deck with the lid on tight. Animals will get into it if not secured. Thank you!

What a great can. Perfect place to stay and just kick back and relax. Great back porch, gas grill. We will be back and make sure to stay longer to relax more. Highly recommend. Very clan and comfortable

Check in was easy and the host was super communicative and accommodating. The snacks inside were a nice touch. We really appreciated being able to stay here. It's very quiet and peaceful with multiple elk and deer in the backyard.

We had such a great long Thanksgiving weekend at the Kozy Kabin. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The host stocked it with thoughtful snacks, which was such a nice touch and super sweet! The location couldn’t be better—tucked in the cute town of Strawberry, AZ and just minutes from great hiking trails and close to great places to eat. It was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. We’d definitely stay here again! It was absolutely the best rental we have ever stayed in! Thanks for having us!

Very comfortable, the owner communicated very well. My wife and I will likely return or you need a quiet getaway. Most enjoyable.We did have elk wandered through the yard, which was a real treat for our guest from Denmark.

Amazing! All around. The house was clean and had a nice surprise of lots of snacks and water for us. The beds were comfortable. The views from the backyard were perfect! It was such a treat to see the wildlife each day. So much for kids to play with and games for everyone. If we find ourselves back in this part of Arizona I would love to stay again.

We loved sitting on the back patio watching the wildlife and the peacefulness. Our favorite part!I want to mention first off "everything" was very clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plus, plenty of breakfast frozen microwavable food and shelf stable food. The coffee maker is a Krieg coffee maker and pods were provided. The refrigerator had milk, butter and a variety of condiments for the guests. Like a continental breakfast at a hotel. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was stocked with things you might have forgotten, and the towels were plush and soft. We hiked the Fossil Creek trail, the Anasazi Ruins trail and climbed Strawberry mountain. Most of the restaurants were not open the days we were there except the "The Early Bird Cafe" on our way home which has the best biscuits and gravy. Shopping was also limited due to being "off season". We visited Tymeless Antiques, Pine Strawberry thrift shop and my favorite Pine Creek Canyon Lavender Farm.

We have been fortunate enough to explore Europe/Iceland & stay in VRBO’s we definitely know what we liked as guests. After driving to our destination it was nice to arrive & not have to worry about anything.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this house in 2022 after Covid. It has been the best experience.
It’s quiet & we get away from our busy daily life in the Valley. Time to slow down but still enjoy eating out in the nearby towns or eating in. The wildlife is also one of our favorites 🩌🩌🩌
This town of Strawberry 🍓 is the best kept secret. Only 1 hr 1/2/-2hrs from the Valley!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The large deck is probably the best for couples or families. The neighborhood has tall ponderosa Pine trees, so you are in the Forrest. The Beds in both rooms are King size. The Kabin has been totally renovated. 🍓is 1hr 1/2 hrs-2hrs Compared to Pinetop or Flagstaff you would have a 3 + hr drive!
