Cette maison privée à la configuration unique [Sandy Cabana et Seahorse Cabana] constitue l'évasion idéale pour vous, votre famille et vos amis. Cette escapade magnifique sur la plage peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes avec un peu de place pour plus! La propriét�� a récemment été mise �� jour avec de nouveaux meubles.

Le plan d'étage spacieux 6BR / 5BA comprend 2 lits king, 2 lits queen, 4 lits jumeaux, 2 lits air queen et peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes (12 adultes maximum). En outre, il y a des cuisines enti��rement équipées, laveuse / sécheuse dans chaque unité, et filtré en lanais. Si vous souhaitez rester connecté, vous disposez de 6 t��l����visions à �����cran plat, de la t����lévision par câble, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'un téléphone.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, à seulement 1,5 minutes à pied de l'accès à la plage de Point of the Rocks et de la magnifique plage de sable blanc de Crescent Beach. Nul besoin de conduire où que ce soit, à moins d’un quart de kilomètre à pied des magasins, bars, restaurants, ��piceries et pharmacies, tous situés dans le quartier de South Village-Crescent Beach.

The property was generally very nice. We were impressed with its cleanliness. Negative factors were problems with the electric in both units, the lanai screen and doors need help, and the pool gate latch was temporarily repaired but was pretty much falling off by the week’s end. MJ was extremely responsive, although to no prevail.

Great location

The property has everything you would need. Enjoyed the private pool and outdoor area. Short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Ideal for either a small group/family or large one if you rent both cottages.

Lovely Cottages

We rented both the cottages and they were perfect for us all. They were well equipped and very clean, it was just a short stroll to the beach and the beach trollies and chairs etc were great to have. The kids loved the pool and the cottages were in the perfect location. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Amazing family getaway spot

This property was exactly what we needed for our extended family trip. We had 6 adults and 4 children (6-14 yo). This house had plenty of space for all of us and was very clean/stocked. The beach chairs and toys were perfect for a daily visit to the beach (a 5 min walk). The property management company went above and beyond on several occasions and were super quick to respond. Everyone in the family agreed this place was perfect for a beach getaway!

The cottages

Very clean upon arrival. Plenty for 13 adults. It is a 2 min walk to beach entrance but long walk on sand to beach. We would return. There is a nice beach access 4 min drive away.

We needed a family vacation after Covid, but we wanted to be safe. Having the private pool was essential. The place had everything we needed. Cable didn’t work but we weren’t here to watch tv.

PERFECT PROPERTY FOR FAMILY !!

This was the absolute perfect ,smooth and easy property and booking experience!!! The description is absolutely perfect! The kitchen was better start in every way than I imagined. 1000% clean in every single nook and cranny! We have large vacation rental homes are self and I was amazed how Immaculately clean every single spot was! Everything worked perfectly! The pool was kept perfectly clean. The lighting inside was nice and bright. Plenty of towels and beach towels. And the beach chairs and extras were wonderful to have. Only about seven houses between this and the beach so it took us about 1.5 min to walk to beach. And if anyone needed something at the house it was super easy to run back infinite or ride our beach bikes back-and-forth. This area was wonderful because it didn’t have any high rises. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY !!!

Better than Expected!!

We had an extended family vacation this year and ended up renting both units for the week. The units were clean inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with the appropriate pots, pans, bowls, containers, colanders, dishes, cups, mugs, utensils, etc. We cooked alot and did not feel like we were missing anything unlike other units we've rented in the past. Both units have 3 bedrooms with and 2.5 bathrooms which when we combined both units, gave us a 6 bedroom, 4 full bath and 2 half bath rental. Other features include the inground, gated pool area, outdoor shower and screened in porches. The management company was very responsive! We had bikes that got flat tires and they came out nearly immediately to fix them. They also take the garbage cans to the curb on garbage days. Again, we were very happy with the units and their location. While the trolley is nice, it was incredibly hot during our stay. We opted to call Frog Hop or Jonnies for door to door service (free rides, tips only). The beach is a 5 minute walk from the unit. The beach was beautiful and right by Point of Rocks but my only word of caution is that that specific beach is not "groomed" and most of us ended up with alot of bug bites (either mosquitos or noseeums). If you go for sunset you might want to have bug spray with you. The free shuttles will easily transport you to the Siesta Key Beach if you prefer that beach. Highly recommend this unit or renting both for larger family gatherings!

Great place

We just loved this place. The cottage and pool was clean. It has everything you need. We especially appreciated the beach gear. We couldn't take ours on the plane, so this was perfect. The welcome gift of cupcakes were delicious. The entrance to the beach was two blocks away. It's an easy walk. Some of the hotels near by have private beach areas. You can walk through but they don't allow you to set up your beach items. We will definitely return.

wedding week!!!

We had an awesome time in Siesta and at these two properties. We had 16 people there most of the week and absolutely loved spending time with friends and family. The properties were as described and perfect for our special week. Will definitely rent from the cottages again

Wonderful stay and location

This was a duplex. It was great for us, we had 2 families. If not the sharing of the pool and porches would of been awkward. Both sides of the duplex were supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, wagons and bicycles. This was WONDERFUL!! The kitchens were not stocked the same, griddle on one side only and Keurig on one side, but we shared since we were family. Short easy walk to the beach. Great location next to Point of Rocks and the snorkeling was amazing, spend hours doing this. We walked to the Drum Circle Sunday night. Not what I was expecting but enjoyed the walk in the beach (2 1/2 miles 1 way!!) took the trolley to downtown!! We ate at Captain Curt’s and Pizza and Brew. Both great food but neither place could seat our party of 12 all together. Live music and crescent C club was a short walk from the house and had a great band the night we went. Our 1st time to Siesta Key and we all LOVED it greatly!!

The owner made cupcakes which was sweet. The air conditioning did go out for most of Friday but we had a wonderful time. Anytime we did have a concern the staff was great.

Great family spot

We had eight adults and 6 children We did not know that it was 2 units side by side to have the 6 bedrooms but it worked out great. We loved the place and was very comfortable. The beach is a small walk and we we were very pleased with location. We also loved the pool. It was small but perfect for our family. Staff very easy to get in touch with and very friendly. My granddaughter cried when we left and said she did not want to leave her pretend house. The only negative was that I scrapped my rental car pulling out of driveway. Small brick wall sits low and cut it to short. Be careful Great place to stay. We hope to visit again.

I have reached out to our Guest Services Team regarding the small brick wall and found out it is a culvert. These are installed for your protection, without them the scrape on your car would have been much worse. We are looking at ways of improving visibility so this does not happen again to another guest. Very clean and we'll stocked

This place was amazing!!! It had everything we wanted or needed!! I really appreciated having beach strollers, umbrellas, and chairs available. Washer and dryer right in each unit. Great place to stay!!

Great location for vacation.

Family Vacation

We had a great week! Twelve of us there and a couple friends from Florida spent a couple nights. Had plenty of room....never felt crowded. Pool was nice for cooling off after lunch and great for the kids.

Perfect location and great cottages, well suited for a family vacation!

were very satisfied with our rental of the Sandy and Seahorse cottages for our family wedding. The cottages were perfectly located close to both the beautiful beach and our wedding destination. The cottages were well maintained, clean and had pretty much everything a vacationer could want or need. We liked the ease of check in as it was flexible in terms of our travel plans. We appreciated the extra touch of the welcome cupcakes! All in all, a great vacation experience. We would definitely rent with you again and would recommend to friends and family! The Nowicki Family

Amazing!

Perfect for what we needed!! The Cottages staff was beyond accommodating. I would definitely go back. Also, Larry from The Black Pearl boat rental was amazing and made our day on the water nothing less than the best! Thank you all for everything!!!!!
