The wallpaper is falling off all of the walls. The overall stay was great but the house could use some updates and a good deep clean.

Great place in Siesta Key Village

Clean, centrally located, and overall a great place to stay. Was there for a 1-night stay with family and kids. Exterior of property not exactly the most appealing at first sight, but the owner did a great job with the mermaid and octopus themes and made it look pretty cool. Interior really well done, w arcade and foosball table. Kids loved that. Pool in the back had some minor debris from either trees or previous guests that could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall, I recommend staying there. Around the block Walk to Flavio’s for dinner and bon Jour French bakery for breakfast. Really really authentic Italian cuisine and awesome breakfast place. Very charming area, and different then the commercial and more traffic-ey places like clearwater and St Pete.

Best location!

We loved this property, you couldn't ask for a better location. We were by everything we needed & wanted to do. We rented a car from the airport and made one trip to Sarasota to Costco, besides that trip, we didn't drive anywhere else.

Awesome Place!

We loved this property that comes with a pool and hot tub. The location is unbeatable with bars and restaurants at a 2 minute walk. Beach access is nearby. Would recommend this house to family and friends!

Great location near the Village and the Beach

The property is situated ideally if you want a short walk to any parts of Siesta Key Village or a short walk to the beach with off street parking. The description and pictures are accurate and our unit was spacious, clean and well furnished. The small pool, hot tub and outdoor living space really made our time here that much more special as we could gather outside and enjoy a nice evening under the stars after a full day at the beach. ALL the beach equipment you need and towels provided as well. This house can accommodate a large group comfortably, we had and it was more than enough for a few more. We really had a great Thanksgiving vacation and thankful we booked here.

Great location. Really dusty house, inaccurate description.

The property was listed as 4 bedroom, for my surprise when I arrived it was 3 bdr. The lld didn’t do anything to make up the mistake. It was really dusty and unclean, didn’t have the utilities to clean. The email with the info it was not clear enough. I need it to contact the owner Several time to ask basic info, that it wasn’t listed in the welcome email.

I am quite the traveler, but LOVE to call Sarasota and Siesta Key my home. I take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Beach Vball, Tennis, Golf and even hoping on the Jet Powered Surf Board. :)

This is the most unique property and the best location on Siesta Key. There is absolutey no where else like it and it is just simply magical. The 32' mural wall is the only of of it's kind from 3 famous artists that travel the world.
