This two-level retreat features an elevator for easy access between your 2 floors, making it the perfect choice for travelers of all ages & abilities.

Only minutes away from incredible downtown Sarasota and St. Armand's Square!
Publix grocery store, Siesta Key Village, & 7-Eleven are less than 2 miles for the property.

We provide for your full stay:
* beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas & beach wagon
* bed linens, hand and bath towels
* 1 roll of paper towels and 2 mega rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom

There are 2 exterior security cameras that only records when someone enters the property from the driveaway & side of the home that runs along the street. Used to primarily protect the property when guests are not staying in the home, & to monitor weather situations.
