To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules:

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is 4 pm.
Check-out time is 10 am. Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning between guests.

No Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the townhouse. Please use designated outdoor areas if necessary and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets:

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional pet fee

Quiet Hours:

Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am

Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.

Parties and Events:

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Damage and Theft:

Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. Please report any issues immediately.

Trash Disposal:

Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Kitchen Use:

Please clean up after using the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, and cookware should be washed and returned to their places.

Safety:

Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not lock the bottom lock
