Overall, house was beautiful, clean inside and had a lot of items for cooking like pots, utensils etc. Game room was a hit with the kids and adults At first, the owner was very responsive with questions we had. Sat night, I sent a message to owner to let him know the drain near the pool was backing up and was really puddling and not draining. Also, I asked if there was any lights in pool to turn on since it was really dark outside. He responded with,” Hi, can you please send photos of the issues.” I said that I can’t sent photos through the app so if I can send them some other way? I asked 2 more times again re: the light for the pool and No Response for remainder of weekend. Next morning Sunday 8/31 I messaged owner to let him know of some of the issues. This is what the list was as of that Sun morning. 1. There appears to be water damage on the wall above the second floor shower head. (This was a heads up) 2. Smoke detector in the master bedroom is beeping. 3. There is a fishy foul smell/dead smell in the corner near pool. 4. Sprinklers were on for about 3 hrs and it saturate's the ground, all under the grill, outdoor seating area and part of golf area.5. Drip pan under grill was full upon arrival, therefore dripping when we bbq’d.—Still No Response!Also, like to add the pool was murky and lots of bugs as if hasn’t been maintenanced. House did not have any xtra pillows/blankets and sectional couch was uncomfortable and moved around/didn’t have connectors
