Welcome to The Rolling Hills Retreat!
Discover rural Alberta at its finest! Great for families or groups of up to 15. With beautiful timber framing, sweeping country views, and a hot tub to unwind in, itâs a true escape. In winter, enjoy the thrill of snowmobiling right on the property! Kids will love the playground, trampoline, and cozy games room inside. Whether youâre seeking a peaceful retreat or a warm place to gather with loved ones, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.
The Space:
Please Note: There is a separate, completely self contained residence in the walkout basement of the property, where the homeowner's inlaws reside. They have a separate entrance with no access to the guest space and none of the property's amenities are shared. Many guests have mentioned how peaceful and private their stay felt. We share this upfront to ensure clarity - your privacy and comfort is our top priority.

Millarville, Alberta, is a small, rural community located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, about 35 kilometers southwest of Calgary. It's known for its beautiful natural surroundings, rolling hills, and a laid-back, country atmosphere. The area is popular for its picturesque landscapes, making it an ideal spot for outdoor activities like hiking, horseback riding, and nature photography.
Getting Around:
We recommend a vehicle for getting around.
Other Things to Note:
âą Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
âąJust to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
âąPlease let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
