If you’re ready for outdoor adventures, you’re in luck—there’s ocean access nearby! Launch kayaks, paddleboards, or rent a boat at River Park Marina, just a 5-minute drive away, and explore the scenic waterways. Spend your days fishing, cruising, or just soaking up the sun along the intracoastal waters. Private fishing charters and boat excursions are also available for an added fee, along with beach chairs, kayaks, shuttle services, and grills to complete your vacation experience.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, from large and small appliances to ample counter space, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full family dinner.

After a day of adventure, retreat to one of three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each outfitted with plush beds, crisp white linens, and serene decor to ensure restful nights.

We offer additional services and rentals for a fee. Please inquire with the host. Currently, we rent bikes, grills, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and more. Services include airport transportation, boat and fishing charters, decorating, and more.

Please note that the dock is a shared space. Guests are welcome to use the dock to dock their boat, but the boat lift is not available for guest use as it is currently being used. We appreciate your understanding.

There will be no exceptions to the cancellation policy in place. Our property is in high demand, and when you reserve, the platform offers inexpensive travel insurance. Please be sure to have travel insurance upon reserving. No refunds will be given for cleaning complaints. Any cleaning concerns will be promptly addressed by the cleaning company and host; we pride ourselves on providing a clean stay. No refunds will be given for inclement or non-ideal weather, as weather in Florida can be unpredictable. We cannot warrant the operation of the following during storms and service to the property can be interfered with and not functioning at anytime: power, water, internet.

There are five TVs located on the property. You are welcome to sign in to any streaming services you currently use. However, please note that we do not provide any streaming services nor do we provide cable. We do not warrant the functionality of streaming services, speeds, or WiFi.

The pool is heated at the discretion of the property owner and only during the winter months. Similar to a hotel, guests do not control the temperature of the pool. It will be adjusted according to the weather. The pool will not be bathtub temperature; it is heated to about 75-85 degrees. If it is cold, temperatures may drop below this range. Additional pool heating can be purchased for a fee, please inquire with the host. Please note that regular pool maintenance chemicals are used to keep our pool safe for swimming and sanitary for all guests.

While we strive to maintain accurate representations through our provided photos, please note that occasional replacements or missing items happen. We cannot control if guests break or damage things, and it is possible that there will be small differences in the property during your stay compared to the listing photos. We are unable to update photos for every change, so we ask guests to understand that not everything may mirror the images provided.

When booking this property, please be aware of the presence of security cameras on the property. They are monitored and recording. There is one security camera above the garage in the front yard that records both audio and video. There is a security camera in the backyard facing the fire pit that records audio and video. There is a doorbell camera at the front door that records both audio and video. There is not, and never will be, any camera inside the property. If you find any cameras that are not the three mentioned, please notify the host IMMEDIATELY as this could be a safety concern, and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

We welcome pets at our property! However, all pets must be included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet during their stay and must clean up all pet waste.

The host, Julia Kocovski, is acting as a member of Pleasure Coast Rentals LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and has no personal liability for any reservations made or incidents that occur at the property.
