This property is in a great, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for a family or friends. All questions and inquiries were quickly and completely answered. Description is 100% accurate. It was a fantastic stay, and worked very well for our vacation. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
We really enjoyed the pool. House is spacious. Owners supplied all the essentials. Good location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Would stay there again!
Good, just wish property owners would put comfortable chairs in dining area. Two of the chairs were not able to be used and another two were so old we were afraid of breaking them.
Truly enjoyed our stay. House was very comfortable and set a tone of relaxation and fun. Kitchen was well stocked and layout was conducive to efficient cooking. The upgrades on the house were well done. Pool and backyard was a relaxing respite after each of the daysâ activities. All in all a most enjoyable stay.
Overall property was clean and had what we needed for a week stay. The mattresses seem to be some type of memory foam and on the softer side. My husband prefers a firmer mattress but still slept ok. Pool was nice and warm. Convenient location to many things. Quiet neighborhood at dead end street.
This property is over priced. It was filthy inside and out. We had to change the air filter, vacuum under furniture, and deal with an insect problem that did not go away after exterminator sprayed. We had to constantly clean the pool and front yard area due to the many trees. Our dog developed a respiratory issue and had to been put on steroids. The only saving grace was the property manager who was very responsive to these issues.
My husband and I rented this home for almost a month for a work/family vacation. We have a miniature golden retriever who loved the fenced in backyard and squirrels. Property is at the end of a dead end street and the north side of property backs to a catholic elementary school. Home has upgraded windows, so noise wasnât a problem unless you were outside. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Beds were quite comfortable and appreciated two kings. Patio furniture was comfortable. We were able to take our pup on nice walks at night as main rd has sidewalks. Steven, the property manager, was very responsive to a minor problem. Great location to some awesome restaurants. Colab Restaurant is a farm to table restaurant. They have a childrenâs area outside that is a great area for them to burn off energy. The Boatyard is a wonderful restaurant in downtown Stuart right on the water, and Taco Shack has great margaritas and street tacos. We would absolutely rent this home again!
Everything that is listed in the description is 100% accurate. This property is wonderfully located, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for a family of 4. Whatever questions or inquiries we had were quickly answered, there was never a blip in communication. The very minor downside was that the pool needed to be vacuumed/cleaned a little, but we stayed during a holiday week, so the pool guy didn't come out during our stay. And it never affected our time in the pool, we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also, if you plan on using the grill, bring your own supplies, including something to spread the charcoal around. I couldn't find anything to use for that, so we used our own tongs/grill spatula. It was a fantastic stay, and worked very well for our vacation. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
