Stylish Waterfront Home w/Heated Pool, 8 miles to the Beach, Close to Shopping.
Relax by the pool or the nearby beach in Jensen Beach. This lovely home, called Sunny Days Retreat, is close to it all. The Treasure Coast mall is within 3.4 miles and has a 16 screen movie theatre. A short drive to downtown Jensen Beach is where you can enjoy live music while you dine at one of the restaurants. Drive across the causeway to find fine dining on the ocean front at upscale Kyle Gâs where they have all day happy hour M-S. Drive south to Stuart and watch the boats or dine on the best key lime pie at Sailors Return. Go deep sea fishing or rent your own boat. There is lots to do. Enjoy!
We loved our stay at this home. It is beautifully decorated and well kept. The pool was a huge success with the grandchildren and seeing an alligator or two was a thrill for the kids. Our host communicated quickly with our request and took care of the hick-up. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Wonderful pool area. I so enjoyed watching the wildlife from the chairs. The kitchen was well appointed. Excellent communication with our host. Parts of the neighborhood were a little run down, but we felt completely safe in the area.
We had a great stay at the Sunny Days Retreat. The house was clean and offered lots of amenities to get you through your stay. We would 100% recommend.
Perfect weekend in a perfect home.
Clean and stocked well. The kids loved the pool, mom loved the screened in porch and cozy seating area, dad loved the fishing, fun was had by all!!
This was the nicest house we ever stayed in. The back of the house is beautiful with the pool and waterway. We saw a lot of birds and one time an alligator! The host is very receptive and sweet. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location!
We had a 90th birthday celebration for a family member who lives in Stuart. We do not live in Florida. We all came from the state of Washington, Texas, New York, and Georgia. This home was very comfortable and very convenient to travel to the celebrations. Our host Gail, was very responsive and we actually were able to meet her and her husband. Very nice couple. Thank you again for such a nice stay that created great memories for our family.
I grew up in this neighborhood and it was very nostalgic staying here! The home itself was beautiful and serene, located in a great area, and the owner was very responsive and understanding of our situation (we had some changes/issues due to hurricane Helene). My family and I would 100% stay here again!
We absolutely loved our stay! I have 2 small children, 2 and 4, and 1 teenager and everyone loved this house! The wild life, pool, neighborhood, and scenery were amazing. Very close to all the amenities also. I canât say enough good things about this house. We look forward to going back!
nice home and well finished. Two ceiling fans didn't work and had to text to check on wi-fi connection. The alarm to pool was kind of clumsy if your had your hands full. All things considered was good stay and location.
My family and I love this area. Iâve been coming here since I was a kid and my parents had a house here for many years. The funny thing is everyone I bring here falls in love with the area too. My husband and I have been married for almost 30 years and have one son who attends university in Palm Beach. We love to travel and enjoy hosting our home to travelers looking for a quiet, tranquil yet fun place to stay.
We looked at many properties and when we found this property it had everything we were looking for. We like the vaulted ceilings and the split concept of the bedrooms. Since we had to have a screened in pool with a bathroom directly off the back porch so that when you come in from being in the pool you can have a shower right away, we found this the perfect spot. We also wanted an open kitchen that was still separate - if that makes sense? Everything about this house especially the palm trees were exactly what we wanted! Being close to everything while maintaining peace was important for us. And being on the canal and watching all of the wildlife is the icing on the cake.
So far, we have not done any diving here on the Treasure Coast. A Spanish booty was lost at sea in 1715 which is why it is called the Treasure Coast. We have yet to find any...yet. Maybe you will. With the house being on the canal, it allows for the viewing of wildlife in their own habitat. We have seen tortoises, many types of birds, butterflies and many people fish in this canal. I likely wouldnât eat the fish; however, cast your reel in the backyard to go bass fishing. This means you can bring your fishing gear and have a little fun if you want. Nearby Jensen Beach Causeway has a great area to fish including a fish cleaning station. Weâve put a dartboard by the pool and if you bring your own darts you can enjoy a game. If you want to stay in a quiet place that is close to everything then this is the spot for you.
