The home was beautiful. We walked in and it was so welcoming. The pool kept the kids busy so we could relax and enjoy!

Parental Getaway

Hubby & I ran away from home for a week. To debrief and relax on our own terms. The home at 2449 Mariposa Avenue was very clean and well furnished. We selected this location for the pool. And sad to say this was the only disappointing part of the 5 days spent here. The pool was not maintained at the same level as keep our home pool. Although we did see the pool service tech at the home on the scheduled date- by yhe time i noticed him- he was leaving out. I wasnt able to ask any questions or request the sides to be scrubbed. When were finally able to get into the pool- it was not heated and we were constantly using the available pool net to sift out the falling particles from the roof of the pool enclosure. The pool light never came on- so no swimming after sunset. And the grill was not clean- no cleaning products available for it either. Great options, they just need better care on them. A plus to the backyard was the screened patio before the pool and the available fruit tree options in the backyard! One neighbors mango tree spread across to the yard- easy to pick when ripe. There is also a couplejelly palm trees right outside the window of the owners suite. I didn't take pictures- the pictures provided are true to form. All in all it was a nice, quiet stay....we're just very particular about certain things.

Nice quick getaway

This place was perfect for our quick getaway from a horrific winter up north. The pool was inviting and relaxing. Close proximity to Jensen beach and the quaint downtown. Communication with the host was top notch and everything described is what you get. No surprises.

Loved the pool

This was perfect for the family. The kids loved the pool. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to stores, restaurants, beach, etc. There was great communication with the host.

Excellent Property

We have been renting in Port St Lucie for over 15 years and this was the best. The check-in process was simple, the house and grounds were as described and well equipped and clean. Colin and Andrea were quick to respond to the few issues we had. Unfortunately we will be unable to travel soon but this would be our first choice!

Relaxing, quiet, home

Great spot for family and dogs!!!

We loved everything about this property! Great communication with the hosts, even when our dates changed unexpectedly! The yard was very safe and secure for our dogs and the pool was wonderful! Beautiful furnishings and plenty of room for our family, including the dogs! This house also had everything you could ever need, fully stocked kitchenware, linens, and appliances. Would definitely recommend this property 💯 %!!!!

House was clean and comfortable. There was cat food underneath and behind the master bedroom bedside tables. The pool deck and screens need to be cleaned. The pool was clean and well maintained. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful spacious home

Such an enjoyable stay. The screened lanai and heated pool with fountain was such a luxury. The large kitchen was a joy to cook in as it was stocked with everything you need. The location is amazing as it is close to shopping, beaches, and an outstanding seafood market.

Lovely Home

I could not have been more happy with this stay. Excellent communication with the owner, beautiful pool area, updated appliances, very clean and just generally a very peaceful environment. The pool area was just beautiful. There is a fenced in area which not only provides privacy but also is great for those of us traveling with our pet(s). Everything you could possibly need was in the home from laundry soap to dish soap. Very well stocked. I would highly recommend Maricopa and will definitely be returning. You will not be disappointed.

Great stay in a lovely property

This is a quality accommodation, nicely decorated and very clean. It was comfortable and had all amenities with a fabulous and private outdoor pool. There is a big supermarket only 5 min by car down the road. Beautiful Jensen Beach is a 20 min car ride away and easily reached.

Florida fun

This home is beautiful inside and out, in a great location and set away from the busy day to day. You’re minutes away from anything and everything you may need and wish to do. Take the 30 minute trip to Port Salerno and eat at a great restaurant called Twisted Tuna on the water. Take the trip to Port St. Lucie, stay at this home. You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay at Mariposa. It’s a spacious, clean and well maintained property. The pool is fantastic and we were in it every day. The garden is private and not overlooked by the neighbours. We were so pleased there was air conditioning so we could escape the Florida heat too, It was easy to find, look for the white mailbox! Amenities are close by and it’s a quick drive to Jenson Beach. Colin and Andrea are great hosts and we would love to stay again.

Home Away from Home in Paradise

Beautiful, comfortable, clean home with everything we could possibly need. Courteous and fast communication with owners for any questions/needs that arose before/during/after our stay. We absolutely LOVED the pool/lanai/backyard area where we relaxed with our 2 dogs who had plenty of room to explore around the backyard. We suggest visiting Conchy Joe's in Jensen for some burgers and a great view of the water or ordering in from Downtown Benny's for some delicious pizza (add on the garlic knots-you won't regret it!) The house is close to everything, but was also quiet enough to relax during the day and sleep at night. I would not hesitate to rent this house or any other's from the website. Thank you for a very much needed, wonderful relaxing stay in Port St. Lucie!!

Great Stay

House is as advertised (well stocked and no need for anything else) is perfect for a family. Not far from the beach and the pool is great. Location for us was perfect as we were only a 1/2 mile from our family.

It was a great property for a family of 6 with plenty of space. The property is very clean. The pool was great and enjoyed by all. Colin and Andrea were very prompt in communicating and addressed the questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

We searched all over Florida for the place we wanted to be, when we arrived on Port St Lucie, we instantly knew this was where we wanted to put down our roots. We still love it here, from Jensen Beach Park to St Lucie West & Tradition and everything up and down US1 from Ft Pierce to Jupiter
