Maison Osterville récemment rénovée de 3 000 pieds carrés qui offre le détail d'un cap traditionnel ainsi que le luxe d'un ajout récemment rénové. Amusez-vous dans la cuisine gastronomique avec îlot en granit et bar humide donnant sur la salle familiale spacieuse, ou détendez-vous avec un bon livre dans le salon formel. La chambre principale a une salle de bains privative exquise et chaque chambre est meublée avec confort et style. Près du village et de la plage de Dowses.

Lovely home!!

This was the perfect Cape Cod stay for a week with our family. The pool was a big hit for everyone and the house is close to the beach, great restaurants, etc. couldn’t recommend it enough!

The Cape

Loved the house ,the grounds and the pool. Very private and beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. House well stocked and lovely decor. Contacted Ruth a few times with minor questions and she responded quickly. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return some day. My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed their first visit to the Cape! Location awesome too!

Lovely house with multiple sitting areas so we could be together or enjoy a quiet read alone. It was stocked with everything we needed. We only had to bring clothes, food and drink. Beautiful swimming pool. Super location, close to Osterville which is a charming town, and within easy driving distance of many other delightful towns. We caught a Hyannis Harbor Hawks baseball game one evening and took the ferry over to Nantucket another day. All in all, a wonderful base for a great holiday.

The property was amazing. Plenty of space for people to be together or alone. And the pool was perfect and allowed us to stay at home rather than lugging everything to the beach. We plan on going back again next year.

Lovely home with lots of special features the best of which is the pool. Absolutely top notch.

Wonderful stay

The house was fabulous, clean, perfectly outfitted. The beds and pillows were the dreamiest and so were the pool and ping pong room. Location is central, and we had access to all local beaches thanks to the Jackson’s beach passes. Our hosts were fabulous: generous, thoughtful, communicative and very responsive. Will certainly come back :)

The home was exactly as described. The house was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. There were closets full of bath towels as well as towels for the swimming pool. Ruth was always available and responsive to our questions.

Fabulous Week In Osterville!

This is a beautiful home that has warmth and style. It is sparkling clean and has everything you need for the home and the beach! Ruth, the owner, was super helpful and attentive throughout the booking and our week in the house. It is a perfect size for up to 8 people with lots of separate rooms for reading and relaxing. The pool and outdoor sitting area are lovely. We spent most of our waking hours outside!. The location is also great with lots of restaurants, shops and beaches close by. My family was very happy with this house!

Beautiful very high quality home, with outstanding new furnishings. Best of all was the lovely pool!

Our family enjoyed this home very much; the town of Osterville on Cape Cod has very nice beaches and ponds and charming shops and restaurants. This home is lovely; it very easily accommodated our 3 generations. The pool is wonderful, the outdoor patio and grill area perfectly laid out, and the indoor common spaces very comfortable for family cooking, dining and movie evenings. Our only concern was the lack of central air-conditioning in the three small bedrooms. Otherwise we loved it!

This was probably one of the hottest and most humid summers I can remember and usually the Cape cools nicely in the evening. We do have window air conditioners in those three bedrooms. I'm glad that your week worked out so well.

Great home and property

We had a wonderful stay in the Osterville area especially with the stay at this beautiful home. The home was so spacious, clean, and well-stocked. It was nice to have the laundry room available. With all the sights to see on Cape Cod, we had just a few hours to enjoy the pool but the pool was wonderful. It is truly a beautiful home and we were not disappointed by anything. In Osterville, we ate at Crisp which was very good. It has a wonderful outside area with an outdoor bar, and fire pit tables. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone...they will not be disappointed. Thank-you for sharing your home!

Magical Two Weeks

This home is absolutely stunning. The listing was perfectly accurate and the photos accurately depict the property. We enjoyed the backyard and pool immensely and loved exploring Osterville and the surrounding Cape towns. Ruth was beyond responsive, but in truth, we barely needed to communicate as the property was perfection. The provided linens and towels were clean and fresh, and the kitchen was beyond well stocked. The beach pass allowed for parking and exploring at all Barnstable beaches (our favorite was Dowses). Town is a short bike ride away and the closest beach is less than a five minute drive. We loved our stay so much!

Scott’s Do Cape Cod

This was a dream come true trip for us! We traveled for my nephews wedding and our entire family turned it into a week vacation. Our house was everything we had hoped for the grandkids bunked together, our married kids had their own rooms and Nana and Papa took the master with our 1 year old grandson. What a blessing it was to wake up every morning together with our grandbabies! We enjoyed the pool daily before and after our daily activities. The open floor plan gave us space to be all together. We were within walking distance from the rest of the family and the 2nd rental home. Owners were wonderful to work with and gave us so many great tips! I would highly recommend this property! Great location so much to do and we can’t wait to come back!

Excellent central location and comfortable spacious home for a stay on the Cape!

Ruth's house has everything you need, and is centrally located in a beautiful section of Osterville. The house is recently renovated and has an open kitchen extending into the family room, which was a great location for all of us to hang out. We also had a wonderful time sitting outside on the patio with comfortable chairs, a nice backyard for lawn games and a grill for BBQ'ing. Overall, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean, and the appliances were all very new - had everything we needed. In terms of location, the house is a 8-10 minute drive from Craigville Beach and even closer to Dowses beach. Helpful to have the beach pass, which saves you $20-$25/day. Ruth was very responsive in her emails, and also very accommodating, given that we only stayed Wed-Sun, which is not a typical rental time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Everything was exceptional. The house and everything in it so pleasing to the eye and all was fresh and clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a meal for 25 or more. Ample pretty plastic plates and glasses. The entire house was so well organized i hated coming home and opening my closets and pantry. . Both bath and beach towels orderly and stored in places that Ruth told us ahead of time. She left me a note including a list of anything I could have wanted or needed to know from beaches with chairs and beaches that are her family’s favorites to drug and grocery stores and dinners spots and spots for a quick bite. Including a beach pass. The house is beautifully furnished and appointed. Pool and outdoor seating fantastic. Grill and fire pit excellent. Everything was perfect and impeccable.

Beautiful family home!

This is a beautiful family home located in Osterville, MA, which is centrally located in the Cape. The house has been renovated extensively and includes new furnishings throughout the home. We were the first group to rent the home and were extremely pleased with the quality of the house. The house has a very large main floor with new kitchen and great room format, dining room, living room and sun porch. Upstairs includes an incredible master suite with new bathroom, 3 bedrooms and hall bathroom. The house is located on 1+ acres and there is a very nice patio with plenty of seating, gas grill, and room for the kids to play. The house is located on a beautiful street with high-end homes and is within walking distance to Osterville. The town of Osterville is a cute town with nice restaurants and shops. Dowses beach is a short drive and a beautiful beach. Hyannis is nearby for trips to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket and for additional shopping and restaurant options. The owners are fantastic in terms of communication and assistance. Questions were responded to within minutes and our security deposit was quickly returned. We highly recommend renting this home and look forward to returning. Thanks again!

Beautiful home and great location

We were in town with 4 other couples for a wedding in Osterville. We could not have picked a more perfect vacation rental – plenty of room and amenities (beach towels and chairs, beach pass, bikes), and Ruth gave great recommendations in the area. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Highly recommend

The home was spotless and well maintained. Location was perfect, close to everything but very private. The pool was such a bonus. The kitchen was lovely and stocked with everything needed for our family. The home has wonderful family space, but lots of little nooks to get away and nap or do some reading. The owners were a delight and very hands on. We highly recommend this home and hope to return.

Ruth is a very gracious owner. Everything is even better than described. From the first communication about renting the property to after we arrived home, Ruth was available 24/7. We are a family of 3 who love to spend time at the ocean. Glenn is a dentist in the metro west area and I help him with the business aspect of his practice. Our daughter Alex graduated from Colby College in 2015, and spent a year teaching in our hometown. She has since accepted a teaching position in a private school in Boston teaching AP Biology and Spanish. We are an active family and also love the cape for all it offers in beach fun, hiking, golf, tennis, shopping and just plain getting away.

This home offers the luxury of an amazing floor plan along with the comfort and peace of a home. Osterville is such a charming area and Dowses Beach is one of the best around.
