The home comes with a beach parking pass to enjoy Barnstable beaches.

Osterville is a picturesque village in Barnstable located on Nantucket Sound. This perfectly situated home is only about a half mile to the quaint village's restaurants and shops, a wonderful place for an afternoon stroll. Have lunch at Wimpy's for fresh seafood, Crisp Flatbread for delicious pizza and pasta, or the Chart Room for a cocktail with a view. Lovely Dowse's Beach is only about a mile away for those sunny summer days! Walk around the charming neighborhoods to take in the classic Cape architecture and beautiful water views.

Hyannis is 5 miles from Osterville and features a lively downtown, shopping, restaurants, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Take the ferry from Hyannis Harbor to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy the public golf courses or catch a Cape Cod Baseball League game. Falmouth and Chatham are also great day trips from Osterville.
