❤️ Evaporative Cooling System for desert comfort. (An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.)

Kitchen will have a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven with full size coffee maker, dishes, wine glasses, pots & pans, silverware - Plus some spices, coffee & filters, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergents to get you started! Bedrooms include new mattresses, high Thread Count Bedding, Down-Alternative Comforters, fluffy pillows and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, wash clothes plus toiletries to get you started including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
