Welcome to Bookcliff Bunkhouse A!
❤️ This cozy spot is just a couple of blocks away from downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment.
❤️ The perfect getaway spot for families and activity enthusiasts!
❤️ This is a dog-friendly home, with a maximum of two dogs!
❤️ Dine under the lighted pergola patio table and enjoy it with a one-of-a-kind gas fire pit.
❤️ This home has 2 levels—added privacy with bedrooms and bath upstairs, and the kitchen and living room downstairs.
❤️ High-speed Wi-Fi internet.
❤️ The bright and cheerful living room has a Smart TV.
❤️ 6-person dining table.

❤️ Galley kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven.

Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but do require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling; however, the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

The kitchen will have a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven with a full-size coffee maker, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, silverware—plus some spices, coffee and filters, paper towels, trash bags, and dish detergents to get you started! Bedrooms include new mattresses, high thread count bedding, down-alternative comforters, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, washcloths, and toiletries to get you started, including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
