The Space:

Welcome to Houston, a stunning seventh-floor loft in the heart of the Lower East Side. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers private elevator access, a serene patio, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and sweeping city views. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, Carrara marble countertops, and custom millwork. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and a smart home system for effortless control of lighting, sound, and blinds.



The spacious living area boasts northern and eastern exposures, while the two large bedrooms offer quiet retreats. The primary suite features its own patio, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite marble bathroom with heated floors and a Kohler soaking tub. A second bathroom, ample storage, and a shared rooftop terrace with panoramic views complete this exceptional home, ideally located near the best dining and entertainment in the city.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

The eclectic Lower East Side is where gritty alleys and tenement-style buildings mix with upscale apartments and chic boutiques. Nighttime draws hip, young crowds to the area's trendy bars, music venues and restaurants. The neighborhood's Jewish heritage lives on through Orchard Street's Lower East Side Tenement Museum and old-world fabric stores, as well as traditional delis such as Katz's and Russ & Daughters.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property only allows a 12-month term minimum, up to 24 months. Leasing furnished is required. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application, with approximately $1,100 in associated fees.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent





All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
