We had an amazing stay! We were 4 couples who wanted to hang on the strip and venture out for hiking. This home was perfect! It was clean and spacious and offered everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

This property is conveniently located and very comfortable. Our entire group had a wonderful time. Josiah was exceedingly helpful and responsive with communication. My only suggestion to travelers would be to bring over the door hooks, as there were not many opportunities to hang things. We got creative and therefore it wasn't a drawback for our stay, but I thought the suggestion might help others on their planning! Highly recommend. We are already discussing a return visit!

Good house in a great location. The host was very good, he went out of his way to help out. The only down side was the backyard butted up against a busy street and slthough there was a privacy wall, it was still a bit noisy. Other then that, it was a great house.

This was a great location for our stay for a wedding and close to the strip for hanging out. There was enough space for family to relax and enjoy. Ithad everything that we needed.

The house is comfortable and well supplied. We loved the coffee/tea station. There was plenty of space to spread out or come together. Our host was very responsive. When I reported that one of the hair dryers had died (I assumed for future replacement), he had one delivered the same day! I would definitely stay here again.

Location is about 15 to 20 min from downtown areas, close to a bus stop and also close to shopping centers (within 10 min). House has a great layout, lot is well maintained, wifi is good and kitchen well equipped. All appliances in good working order. Very clean and large garage for parking. Only slight drawback is it is close to a major road in a subdivision so traffic nosie can by loud outside in back yard. House is good size , communication was great. Would rent this location again.

The host Josiah was fabulous! Very communicative and responsive. Couldn't ask for more. The house was very clean and well put together. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the house backs up to a very loud main street so it wasn't very quiet.

Great for a families!

This property was the perfect 'base camp' for our family's Las Vegas exploration! Being just 15 minutes from the Strip meant we could easily access the excitement but also retreat to a quieter, more family-friendly atmosphere. The kids were in the pool every single day - it was a huge hit! We were amazed at how much there is to do with kids in Vegas, from the Shark Reef Aquarium to the Adventuredome at Circus Circus. This home was the perfect, comfortable place to relax after our busy days. We'd highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun and convenient place to stay.

The house was ok and served its purpose. The house is situated where the Main Street is behind the house and the road noise is very loud throughout the night. Additionally the house did not have very many amenities that I’ve grown accustomed to seeing such as wash clothes and hand towels in the bathrooms, welcome basket with snacks and a binder of the property with local attractions and recommended restaurants.

Close to action, far from traffic

Was on the golf trip with six other friends. Google maps showed us wrong directions, but the property manager was readily available to redirect us. The property was as described, clean and convenient. The host was available and communicated as needed, which is all good to ask forThere were quite a few restaurants and convenience stores close by to make our stay comfortable
