Unauthorized pets may result in booking cancellation and/or $1,000 fine.
📞 If neighbors or authorities report a rule violation, you will be reported to your booking channel and asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.

When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded.

✅ Guest verifies they are 18+ and responsible for adhering to rules and instructions.
📑 The house rules and waiver are binding on the guest and their heirs or representatives.

1. When you first arrive please take a few moments to check the property for any damage or missing items to ensure no additional fees are charged to you.
2. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM and we ask that you please keep noise and excessive rowdy behavior to a minimum. No amplified music outside past 10pm.
3. Feel free to use all items in the refrigerator, pantry, and cabinets. If any items happen to get damaged or broken during your stay we ask that you replace those items so we can make sure our homes are well stocked for all guests to enjoy.
4. Please try to eat all food in the kitchen and dining rooms in order to keep our homes as clean as possible.
5. DO NOT leave children unattended around the pool area. We have alarms that sound 3 tones when the doors near the pool open, to alert parents of children exiting.
6. NO smoking or other substances on the property.
7. Dog-friendly with prior approval with a pet fee - Please ask me how much. Bringing a pet without the owner written pre- approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine.
8. We don’t allow any parties or large events at the home. The maximum amount of people that can be in the home at any given time is 12.
9. There is no street parking available. At the home, there are two parking spots on the driveway.
