-Ordering the Pool Heating Service

Pool and spa heating is offered for an additional $40 per day plus taxes (minimum 3 nights). If you would like the Spa heated, you must add pool heat to your reservation. Pool heating should also be reserved up to 48 hours before guest arrival. If you order it after that date, you will be charged a $30 connection fee.

Spa heating only may be requested on its own for the same $40 rate. This should be reserved 24 hours in advance (3 night minimum).

Heating the pool during the coldest winter months can be challenging since the water temperature fluctuates overnight. Unfortunately, in these conditions, the pool heater will be unable to maintain a temperature in the mid to upper 80's. Please keep in mind that cold weather does NOT constitute technical failure, and no refunds will be issued for problems caused by cold weather.

-BBQ GRILL

The rental price DOES NOT include use of the BBQ grill.

A grill is available for rent at the residence. That will be offered for $100 USD (per stay), which will include 1 gas tank.

You must let us know in advance if you are interested. A $30 connection fee will be applied if it is ordered after check-in.

Complimentary Stroller, high chair, and/or Pack n Play must be requested at least 24 hours (preferably 3 nights) prior to arrival.
* COVID-19 SANITIZATION
We place the utmost value on the health, safety, and wellbeing of our visitors. We employ a comprehensive and intensive cleaning procedure as a result after every check-out.

We are following county and state cdc cleaning guidelines, to ensure a cleaner and safer environment for our guests!

- THIS IS A SElF-CATERING PROPERTY

Although we offer the very necessary in terms of welcome amenities, we do advise visiting the neighborhood grocery to pick up any additional personal toiletries and meals that you might need.

- HOUSEKEEPING

The rental rate does not include daily housekeeping services. Our check-in supervisor will carefully clean and examine the unit before check-in to make sure all cleaning and sanitizing procedures were followed.

All of our linen is washed by a professional business. The unit will be equipped with fresh linens and towels.

You can arrange mid-stay cleaning services throughout your stay for an extra cost.

– FOOD

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

– PARTIES: All homes that have a noise nuisance that ends up with the police being called to the house will result in a $300 FINE.

TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE, WE ASK THAT OUR HOME IS LEFT IN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

– ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

If there is any damage caused by the guest and the Management Company has to send someone out to fix, repair, or do extra for cleaning, additional charges will apply:

- Clogged toilet: $80.00
- Smoking inside the unit: $300.00
- Excessive required clean or also considered a double clean: $200.00
- Frozen AC (this could happen if thermostat temperature is placed below 72F or if doors are left open): $200.00
- Check-out after 10am or late check-out is considered an extra charge.

All charges on the rentals as well as local currency, is in US Dollars.
