Hi Richard, thank you for your review, however im a little surprised by your comments, the house is far from a little beaten up, it has undergone extensive updates, including new kitchen, quartz counter tops, new flooring throughout, new paint, upgraded games room, bigger tvs, a new bathroom changing the property from a 4 bed 2 bath to a 4 bed 3.5 bath home, I also looked over our communications on the website and at no point did you ever request or even mention pool heat. I even spoke to you on the telephone the day after your arrival regarding the patio door alarm and you didnt mention pool heat then either

Thanks for the review Marcie. As you can see all the other reviews we have received on this property actually compliment how clean the house was for previous guests and im not actually sure there is a single review saying it was dirty in any way what-so-ever. Stating that there was dirt and trash in the beds was surprising considering you still slept in the beds with the same linens, didnt use the back-up linens in the closets or wash the sheets prior to sleeping in them. in fact you did no laundry of any linens during your stay at the property, nor did you ask for us to change the linens for you so i do question if this is in fact true. When you notified us of bugs in the shared bathroom i came down the following day and sprayed again but i did also tell you that we didnt see any pest activity in that bathroom, we did notice however that someone had opened the bathroom window so i wonder if they came in through there if at all. The day of your arrival we had a large storm and you told us the wi-fi wasnt working, i came straight to the property, contacted the service provider and by the time i left you were able to connect your phone to the network and had internet. within 10 minutes you had sent another message saying it was not working again to which i replied it was storm related, you then replied saying the rain had stopped. At this point there was little point in messaging back and forth so i called to say it was an outage and to call me back tomorrow if it still hadn't come back. just because its not raining where one person is doesnt mean it hadnt affected the service somewhere else and i feel you didnt like this response but its logical that this was the case at the time. I then came to the property the following day to see if calling the provider to try and rectify the issue like the first time but we were advised that they would need to send a technician. The tech visited and advised that it would require another department to come as it was a low signal coming in to the property and it would take three days. At no point after this visit did you bother to tell us the internet was still not working. We are very sorry that there was a service issue with the internet however this is beyond our control and we did everything we could to have it resolved during your stay. To rate the home 1 star is unfair & I honestly believe the other reviews are far more accurate in the representation of the home and your review is simply an act of spite & bitterness
