Downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market are just an 11-minute ride away, with even quicker access to the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass.
This spacious home is great for large groups, multifamily events, cruise travelers, or wedding parties looking for comfort and convenience.
Dining & Amenities at Your Doorstep
Queen Anne Avenue is lined with fantastic dining options, including How to Cook a Wolf, Eden Hill, Grappa (Italian), Ikiiki (Asian), Bounty Kitchen, Orrapin (Thai), Hilltop Alehouse, Queen Anne Café, and El Mezcalito (Mexican). Coffee lovers will appreciate being within a block of Café Ladro, Café Hagen, and Starbucks. A Safeway with pharmacy is just around the corner, with Trader Joe’s a block further. The seasonal Farmer’s Market and even more restaurants and pizza spots are a short walk away.
Neighborhood Highlights
Take a scenic walk along the “Crown of Queen Anne” loop to enjoy stunning views of the Space Needle, downtown, and Puget Sound from Kerry Park. Continue along to Marshall Park for views of Magnolia, the marina, and the waterfront, passing grand homes and a charming 1930s stone wall and lit walkway.
Features and amenities

• Modern Comforts
Inside, the home is equipped with all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances such as a hot pot, waffle iron, blender, and more. The dining room seats 10 comfortably, with additional window seating for 4 and a kid’s table for 2. The living room features a Roku TV, cozy lounging area with a fireplace, and fast internet. Downstairs is air-conditioned for comfort.

Two rooms have king-sized high-end mattresses—one with a mahogany sleigh bed and the other with a modern black frame. These rooms also feature portable air conditioners. The back bedrooms each have queen-sized high-end mattresses, with one on a leather sleigh bed and the other on a four-poster bed. One room includes a charming fireplace, while the other boasts a private balcony. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is shared, and towels are provided.
• Extra Amenities
