The additional three bedrooms each feature comfortable queen-size beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage, including closets, hangers, and luggage racks. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing guests to unwind with their favorite shows or movies after a day of desert exploration. Nightstands with stylish lamps and side tables provide convenience and comfort.

*In addition to the king bed and three queen beds, we also have an inflatable mattress and air pump available for our guests. Please let us know if you’d like to use it so we can provide extra linens.

We provide a Pack `n Play with crib sheets and a sound machine for added convenience, along with pool and bath toys to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy kid-friendly dishware, including plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups, and utensils. Plus, there’s a selection of books, games, and puzzles for family fun time together.



☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, pets should not be left unattended in the home and are not allowed in the pool.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!



☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday and Friday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.



☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.



☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you`re booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!

While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly well-suited for families, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment designed with convenience and relaxation in mind.
