Excellent emplacement d'Easton's Point, juste à côté de l'avenue Tuckerman. Charmant cottage situé sur une rue calme à distance de marche de la plage d'Easton, de la 2e plage, de nombreux restaurants et de la pittoresque promenade Cliff Walk de Newport. À une courte distance en voiture du centre-ville de Newport, de plusieurs demeures historiques et de l'avenue Bellevue.

Ce chalet de style studio est situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel adjacent à un logement occupé par le propriétaire. Il est idéal pour une personne seule, un couple ou une petite famille (max. 1 enfant plus âgé) venant passer de belles vacances relaxantes dans la région de Newport.

En raison de la structure structurelle de la location (escaliers et loft) et de la sécurité des clients, nous préférons que seuls les enfants plus âgés, âgés de 12 ans et plus voyagent avec leur famille.

Quiet, close, and CHARMING

Property is exactly as it appears on the vrbo site. Joan was so easy and a delight, she thought of everything in this adorable studio. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood-easy access to downtown Newport. Lovely beaches to explore close by. It was just outstanding!! Thank you, Joan for sharing your lil spot, wonderful start to our 25th anniversary trip!

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

I highly recommend staying here! It’s clean, easy to check in/out and the host is friendly & helpful. The cottage is located minutes from the beach and is a short drive to all that Newport has to offer.

Could not have asked for anything better!

What a delightful charming, Cottage. Location was Phenomenal. I felt like I was a fairytale such a Quaint ,cute Cottage Not to mention it was immaculate. Everything looks brand new and sparkling. The bed was comfortable.. Our host was such a charming lady, very loving and accommodating above and beyond. thanks so much .

A corner of paradise

My husband and I stayed for a week in this cozy cottage. Joan was welcoming and helpful in every way, the interior is pleasantly decorated and very well maintained, as is the rest of the property. The kitchen had enough pots and utensils to cook basic meals every day. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were even ironed, better than most hotels or rentals, and the rate is more convenient.The bed in the loft is more suitable for a young person, because there is no room to stand up. The side door leads to a beautifully landscaped area with garden table and chairs, there's also a BBQ grill. The neighborhood is a summer vacation postcard. Overall, great stay.

Quiet Cottage in Lovely Neighborhood

The cottage was perfect for our needs - a college roommate was joining me for a portion of the stay and having two separate sleeping areas worked very well. The kitchen was great for a quick morning breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the cottage was well-appointed. Loved the little patio off the side with a little view of the water. Location is excellent as we were able to take a walk along the water and up to Flo's Clam Shack, Bottega Bocconi cafe, Rejects Beer Co. taproom, and Diego's Cantina all on Aquidneck Ave. Downtown Newport is a 5-7 minute drive away, making this a great spot away from the crowds during the busy season. Joan was a great host, checking in from time to time to ensure we had what we needed. Would be perfect for a couple or even a family of 3.

Perfect, quiet getaway.

The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The best part was walking to the edge of the water, sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. Very convenient drive to downtown, mansions, Cliff Walk etc.

Beach cottage

Nice little cottage next to owners home, quiet residential area, can walk or bike to beach or the restaurant area. Full size frig, oven and microwave, etc. Comfy and convenient. Friendly and helpful owner. We would stay here again.

Perfect retreat

The little cottage was the perfect spot to relax, refresh, and renew while celebrating a friend's retirement. The hosts are very accessible and gracious. The cottage is clean and cozy. There is a wonderful welcome cat and yard bunnies! The back yard seating area is a perfect place for morning coffee. Would recomment this cottage to others!

Wonderful weekend getaway

The property was beautiful and quaint it was perfect for our weekend away for our daughters college graduation. It was our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect, would definitely do it again.

My wife and I were in Newport for a wedding and found this guest house to be located close to town and the venue. It was clean, quiet, and very close to the beach and Cliff Walk. It had everything we needed, and Joan -- the proprietor -- was very helpful and friendly.

Great cottage!

The location was perfect, short walk to beach. Also short walk to some restaurants and short drive to downtown Newport. Cottage was clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. Joan was great and made check in and out easy! Would love to return!

Only one problem

The only problem was a very noisy refrigerator motor going on and off. Think the fan needs repair or the fridge needs to be leveled. We tried to do the latter but didn’t have the right tools. Otherwise it was a charming, clean, well located cottage.

Cozy cottage great location

We travel with our bicycles attached, so the Middletown location is perfect to leave the vehicle and get around by bikes. How nice to avoid the hassles of traffic, parking fees and congestion of Newport. Plenty of sidewalk room on each side taking the causeway to downtown and local restaurants. Casually peddling through the areas of old era mansions and easy parking near the cliff walks. The hosts couldn't be any nicer and we're thankful for that. Cottage is clean, well kept and has everything you need.

Amazing Stay & Location!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful time at Joan's cottage! Joan was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable / had everything we need. The property is exactly as pictured (even a bit bigger than I expected) and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood less than 10 mins away from the beaches and everything downtown Newport has to offer. The check in/out process was super simple as well. Thank you so much Joan!!! We will be back
