Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in this Southwestern-style home. This home is true AZ western escape that offers an authentic desert living experience. This home is ideal for large families or group vacations. If your seeking desert living, stunning views & want to stay close to the action, this is the perfect getaway. Close to golf courses, restaurants, wedding venue, Lake Pleasant & hiking trails at White Tank Mountains. Bring your side-by-sides or ATVs, you'll have the freedom to head on an adventure right from the property!

This home offers 5 large bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. It is 3100 sq feet and on a little over 2 acres. The home sits on one acre that is for your use. The acre next to the home has two separate rentable RV spots. The home is fully yours during your stay excluding the garage and RV/shed area next door. We are in direct access to the desert for those who bring their side-by-sides for adventure and exploration right outside your front door! The pool has a waterfall and the pool area is surrounded by turf and travertine with a hot tub and outdoor seating for the family as well as an OUTSIDE BATHROOM and SHOWER for easy family fun pool/hot tub time! Two outdoor space heaters for chilly nights as well as two sets of cornhole games for outdoor family fun. Two full size refrigerators located in the home for overflow of food/drink items. We have a full game closet for use as well. Our home is all about family fun and creating memories! We are located in a great area for those attending a wedding at "The Willow" as we are 1.4 miles away, or if heading into Wickenburg a short ride to the "Team Roping Capitol of the World"! We are 20 miles from the White Tank Mountains, 13 miles from Kansas City Royals Spring Training Facility, 25 minutes to Lake Pleasant & so much more! If traveling with a side-by-side, RV or trailer or boat, please reach out to the host to see if we can accommodate here on the property as the RV spots may already be occupied during your stay. You are responsible for any damage to the property by you or your guests during your stay. $500 security deposit required. NO outdoor campfires allowed! Sorry, No Animals allowed.

Great place to stay

We had a fantastic time for our 2025 spring break trip to Arizona. The property was great. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Great place for a family to stay. Outside of the city so very quiet at night. We came for Royals Spring Training. Only about a 15 minute drive to the fields. Perfect spot for our trip. Thanks so much.

Desert retreat

My Fiancé (now wife) and I stayed at the desert retreat in Surprise, AZ as we were getting married at the Willow wedding venue 1.5 miles down the road. We were blown away about how great this this VRBO experience was. From the onset when we made the booking we were contacted by the hosts who offered us anything we might need for our arrival. We did in fact need a couple things before and during our stay which they were gladly willing to prepared those items so they were ready for when we arrived.The house itself is stunning, it's beautifully decorated in a desert theme which was thrilling for us visitors from north of the boarder, it was a taste of Arizona that we just don't get to experience back home. The amenities at the house are all that you could want and need, from a pool and hot tub to a washer/dryer, additional full fridge, exterior heaters, a BBQ and lots of games and activities during down time. They have thought of everything. My guests were never bored and always had lots to do while my finance and I hustled around prepping for the big day. Speaking of the big day, the house is perfect for anyone getting married at the Willow, it's close proximity meant we could quickly run back and forth from the Willow on our wedding day to transport decor and other wedding items without delay. Also, after a long and tiring wedding day, there is nothing like a 3 minute drive back to the VRBO to relax and unwind. Can't thank the host enough for having us. Amazing experience

Best vrbo we have stayed at in AZ. We rent one every year for the holidays, and this home hands down was the best yet!! The amount of cooking supplies was better than my own home ❤️

We enjoy exploring the desert in our side-by-side, wake surfing and boating, and always up for attending a rodeo. Hiking the beautiful trails and traveling with our 5th wheel are some of our favorite pastimes.
