We loved the house so much. There are definitely some things money can’t buy and a house that feels like your home is one of them. It’s so cozy and beautiful, the pictures do it no justice. My family enjoyed this spacious home, the pool, and the jacuzzi. Gary was the absolute best host. So accommodating, we needed early and late check in and he took care of us. We will certainly be back. I can’t stop gushing about this property, you feel love in every room. Perfect house for families, if you close your eyes in any room I promise it’ll feel like you’re in your own home.

Everything you would want/need for a comfortable stay.While I did not cook the kitchen was well stocked.The home was welcoming and clean.I would definitely stay again!

Amazing spot

This was my first trip to AZ and this place was the perfect house stay in. Very clean, nice pool and plenty games for kids to do. The area was super convenient for the plans we had while we were here. We will 100% stay here again and I highly recommend this place. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Responded quickly to messages as well. Thanks for a great stay!!

Beautiful Place

Very nice and spacious home! Clean and well stocked. Wonderful back yard! We’d stay again! There are no main level bedrooms just in case that’s important to anyone.

Graduation get-a-way

My family traveled to Surprise for my niece’s graduation. The house was a perfect spot for relaxing, playing games, cooling off, and reconnecting. We could not have been more pleased with the entire process!

Get away weekend

We were in town for a concert. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds are comfortable, house is spacious, and the backyard is perfect. We will definitely return!

Perfect House and All Amenities as Shown!

This house was perfect for our family get together to celebrate our son's graduation in Phoenix. The house was extremely clean, so well appointed and all the amenities were enjoyed by all. Very spacious inside and out, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and everything we needed for a terrific stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend strongly! Craig was easy to communicate with and very responsive - thanks again!

Great Family Experience

This was a very nice place for all of our family with kids to be together but enough room to have our own space. The pool was a bit chilly but only because the weather had not warmed it up yet. Highly recvomend!

Uplift for family in area for a funeral

Something for everyone. They had books and toys for the kids and outdoor activities for all ages. We played corn hole, did some putting, and shot pool. A little cool this time of year for the swimming pool, but one mom and youngster used the hot tub, and the rest of us cooked and watched a ballgame on TV. A large kitchen and table for the family to gather around. A great place for family time.

Absolutely perfect

What a wonderful home! 10 of us travelled from Portland and Minnesota to celebrate our dads 85th birthday. Craig’s place was so perfect for our group we only left for groceries and a hike. Everything was perfect, from the home that was so well appointed to the pool, hot tub, fire pit and all the outdoor games. If you have a big group, this is the place for you! Thank you for opening your home to us!!!

Great family home

Great place for a family, especially if you have younger ones. Pretty much everything you'd need to keep them occupied. Boards games, children's books, yard games, etc. The only thing we found lacking was basic kitchen essentials, especially if you do anything more than breakfast or takeout. Some mixing bowls, spatulas(for mixing, not flipping) and storage containers. Just minor inconveniences that we worked around. Having extra backpacks and cooked available is brilliant. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

Celebrating family

Three generations of Family from CT, VA, MN, and FL came together to celebrate 54+ years of marriage of my parents who live in AZ. The house was a perfect, comfortable gathering place. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a few special family dinners. The patio and fire pit were good gathering places. Too cold for swimming, but we enjoyed the pool table, putting green, and corn hole. Everything was perfect!

Great spot

Our family had a comfortable and wonderful time. It is located in a nice family-friendly neighborhood with multiple playgrounds within short walking distance. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Pool was cold without heater, but we knew that upfront and instead enjoyed the new hot tub. Great backyard outdoor space with patio furniture, putting green, grill, and firepit. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Highly Recommend

Beautiful home, just as pictured! The living spaces felt open and spacious, accommodating our large group of ten easily. We enjoyed the fun extras, especially the pool table, hot tub, corn hole, and putting green. We even cooked our Thanksgiving turkey and all the fixings in this great kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with. This was a wonderful property for our big family.

Guys annual golfing trip

House is perfectly laid out, all amenities that anyone might need. Putting green adds a lot of fun in the evening and the wide open concept allows for lots of jokes and conversation without having to shout throughout the house. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants space in a great area and plenty of entertainment.

Tennis trip

My family and our tennis team stayed at the house for a weekend tournament. The house was in a great location! We definitely enjoyed the backyard amenities, and had plenty of room to relax after a long day of tennis!
