Welcome to this adorable apartment in Casares. This brilliant property features 2 fantastic bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with twin beds. You'll find 2 lovely bathrooms with the Ensuite equipped with a shower, and jetted bathtub, for ultimate relaxation. With amenities like WiFi, AC, fully fitted kitchen with utility room, washing machine and tumble dryer your stay will be peaceful and convenient.

The living room and both bedrooms lead onto the large south facing balcony that has stunning views of sea, golf, mountains and the tropical gardens and pools where you can watch the sun go down with a glass of your favourite tipple. Fully air-conditioned (Hot & Cold). Beautiful comfortable beds with only the best linen and a light duvet if required. This is a home from home and only 600 metres from the award-winning blue flag Casares Beach with its own fantastic beach restaurant. Surrounded by six superb golf courses it really is set in a very sought-after area and only 4 mins drive from the beautiful Duquesa Marina and 8 minutes from fabulous Estepona Marina. The balcony also has a large retractable sun awning under the pergola which gives you total control of sun and shaded areas of the balcony for your convenience.

Further Details Indoors:
The kitchen has all the facilities you use at home including hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc with a separate laundry/store area with a tumble dryer. The large living/dining room has two beautiful leather couches complimented with a dining table with six chairs. 50” Smart TV with all UK channels inc Sky Sports and hundreds of film channels.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with comfortable beds and 100% cotton sheets and light duvet. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and power shower and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The lounge and both bedrooms and kitchen all have air-con ventilation. The 50sqm terrace has table and chairs and sun loungers and settee to enable you to make use of the south west facing balcony with its great views and setting which can be very relaxing at any time of day. There is also a secure storage area in the basement right next to your personal parking space for storing golf clubs or sports equipment etc with lift access up into the apt from the underground secure parking area.

The complex is superbly situated surrounded by six superb golf courses only walking distance away with blue flag beaches only 600 metres away. There is a Five Star Hotel and commercial centre at the Jack Nicklaus Academy which is situated just behind our development on the Finca Cortisan Course which is home of the Volvo World Matchplay Championship and to the side Casares Golf and Country Club. The entire area has style, sophistication, views, class and all year-round weather. You have access to all the local golf courses, club houses, restaurants and commercial centres and this gives even more scope for your entertainment and leisure requirements. With over 60 Golf Courses on the Costa Del Sol and fantastic marinas and beaches you really can’t go wrong.

About The Area:
The Marina Puerta De La Duquesa is a beautiful quaint marina with over 300 berths and a variety of restaurants including French, Italian, English, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Irish and Spanish. Each side of the Marina are the superb blue flag beaches that cater for water sports in the summer. You will also find some shops and bars that offer all types of entertainment to cater for all tastes. Some bars have singers and there are some night clubs should you fancy a dance and there are a couple of bars that have karaoke a couple of times per week. There is also a selection of nice chill out bars with fantastic views over the marina. Just behind our complex is the Finca Cortisan Club which is the home of the Volvo World Matchplay and is a fantastic course with great facilities. Just a few minutes away towards going towards Marbella is the fantastic beach resort of Laguna Beach. The facilities are fantastic for chilling out during the day and at night a great ambience and sophisticated feel for dining and dancing with various bars offering different vibes for the night.
The Port of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car and has similar bars and restaurants as Duquesa.
Marbella and Puerta Banus just 30 minutes away by car you have two fantastic ports to visit and enjoy during your stay.

Fabulous apartment ! Just as described the apartment is large, clean,relaxing & home from home with an amazing terrace in a lovely quiet residential complex. All the instructions we were given were accurate. It was quiet when we stayed and at times had the pool area to ourselves! Ian was a great host and easy to contact. We would without doubt stay again.

We had a wonderful trip and this property was great. I travelled with my wife and two young children and we couldn’t have asked for more from a property. The host ensured we had all the information we needed prior to travelling and we had Julie as a contact, who was available for any questions while we were there.We hired a car, which was great for travelling to all the areas we wished to visit during our stay, and this holiday home was in the perfect location. Malaga airport was only just over an hour away and we visited Estepona, Sotogrande and Gibraltar. The home was easy to find and all the instructions for access were very clear. There are quite a few supermarkets a quick car journey away too. The children loved the pool area and overall it was quiet and peaceful. We would love to return and the only change we would make is to stay for longer!

Beautiful 5 Star Apartment

This is a fantastic apartment it really is home from home and has all the facilities you could possibly need and more. From the moment we booked we got lots of info about the Apt and surrounding area from the owner Ian along with an info pack. On arrival we were met by a lovely lady called Julie who shown us around and explained how everything works and she made us feel very welcome and at ease,also left her tele number, should we need help.The Apt is huge with both bedrooms and lounge lead directly onto the large terrace which has a sun awning that can be extended and its south facing so gets lots of sun. It has lots of terrace furniture inc large dining table and chairs if you wish to dine outside under the shaded awning. There is also a dining table and chairs in the large lounge area.The kitchen has everything inc washing machine, tumble dryer,dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer etc. There is free WIFI really fast so no problem for games, videos, streaming etc. All Uk channels inc Sky Sport,films,TV series,also a facility for other languages via Avatel TV. The golf club on the complex has a lovely restaurant with lovely views from terrace of mountains, sea and golf. The pools are never too busy so you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity. Duquesa Marina & Estepona Marina are a few mins away with lovely bars & restaurants, staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall its a wonderful Apt, set in a lovely area suitable for all ages, We will be returning again very soon.
