Please enjoy the sunshine State by staying comfortably in Orlando City, at this lovely, 2-bedroom apartment! With 2 full beds,1 king bed, &1 Sofa bed. This charming property offers a pleasant stay for 5 - 6 guests. In Bedroom 1, there are two full beds, each featuring plush, supportive mattresses that offer a cozy and restful night’s sleep. Each bed is dressed with high-quality linens, soft pillows, and a warm comforter to ensure maximum comfort. A tasteful headboard frames each bed, and there’s enough space between them to allow for a feeling of openness and ease of movement around the room.

In Bedroom 2, a spacious king-size bed awaits, designed for a luxurious, relaxing sleep experience. The mattress is soft yet supportive, ideal for sinking into-after a long Disney World or wherever you've been day! This bed also includes premium linens, a selection of plush pillows, and a comforter that adds to the bed’s inviting, warm feel. The ample space around the bed in this room allows for a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Suspended above this comfy bed is a stylish ceiling fan who's blades move quietly circulating a gentle breeze that enhances the room's comfort on warm nights.
Both rooms have an abundance of cabinets which will provide ample storage for all your belongings and give you the ability to maintain a clutter-free space.
Both rooms are thoughtfully designed to prioritize comfort, cleanliness and relaxation. The sofa bed is in it's own living room space and offers a solution for accommodating an extra guest. This sofa bed adds to the sleeping space ensuring that all guests enjoy a restful stay.

On the exterior, enjoy the convenience of a 24/7 fitness room, swimming pool, outdoor grilling, relax on the hammock, outdoor meals on the benches, a hot tab, a pool table, ping pong games and many more activities; but please pick up anything that may drop on the ground or tables in order to maintain a clutter-free Complex environment.

Quiet hours begin at 11pm and end at 7pm. This is also a very well kept Apartment Complex. Please pick up any trash dropped anywhere.

We had a great stay. Everything was as pictured. Ruth's is such a sweet lady to talk too. Quiet and clean place to stay in Orlando.

Great location, everything as illustrated.

Everything was great here. Good access to OCCC and Universal. Place was as expected and as shown in pics. Ruth was good for communications and worked hard to please. When we asked for more towels she provided them. We were glad we brought our own pillows that we were used to.

Close to everything

Very nice, small two story apartment that is a short distance to any of the local theme parks. The home was fairly well stocked with most amenities. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly during communication. We visited the area for the theme parks and was only at the residence to sleep.That being said, the home is small so consider the size if you plan on relaxing and not venturing out. The home suited our needs prefectly.Check in/out instructions were very easy. I would definitely stay again should we visit the area.

convenient location

This property's location is perfect—very close to many major attractions. Easy walk to the icon park and restaurants nearby. The apartment is cozy, with a decent-sized kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit, which is convenient for family travel with young children. The complex has a nice pool/jacuzzi and gym on-site with easy access. This unit is on the 2nd floor hiding behind the building without an elevator, so getting luggage up and down can be tricky. It was surprisingly quiet during the night; I only heard sirens once or twice during our 4-night stay. Ruth the host is very communicative and attentive. She gave clear instructions when I had questions. We definitely would like to stay here again.

very close to 5-stars

I was sorely tempted to put five stars on this except for two small detractions. First, the location is pretty good and overall very quiet and convenient to chain restaurants, etc. However, the particular apartment backs to a fenced street and for some reason, there were noisy folks walking outside the fence from time to time at late hours. More important, the shower temperature was borderline cold - barely enough lukewarm water allowed for not-so-great showers. Overall this is a 4 property and I would give it benefit of the doubt if either of these two complaints were not in play. And communications with the property manager were OUTSTANDING.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is almost the perfect community for every guest! It is very clean because management does a fantastic job. It's colorful and has lots of amenities. As for the FIREPIT, it's not allowed because of the hot temperatures in the State.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It has nice looking high ceilings, a great Kitchen with all you need to do all the cooking, and a large fridge where you can store all your groceries or cooked meals for the next day. The beds are very clean and comfortable and the 2 full bathrooms are very convenient for all the guests that visit the Apt. It has a great balcony which overlooks the beautiful sceneries.
