L’attention portée aux détails est manifeste dans cette maison de ville décorée par un designer, avec armoires personnalisées, bardage en carton à feuillure, pièces de bois récupéré et finitions haut de gamme dans toute la résidence. Au premier étage de ce luxueux lotissements, vous trouverez un salon décloisonné avec un canapé-lit, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et un bar avec îlot de cuisine pouvant accueillir 3 personnes supplémentaires - un lieu de rencontre idéal pour tout le groupe. La chambre principale au premier étage est décorée dans des couleurs inspirées de la mer et de bois chauds imitant le bois flotté de la plage trouvée. Un bain avec une combinaison baignoire / douche est magnifiquement mis en valeur avec des carreaux de verre et des comptoirs en granit. Les enfants adoreront les lits superposés en bas!

La chambre double du deuxième étage est décorée dans un vert tendre rappelant celui de nos eaux du golfe. Les adultes vont adorer cet espace tranquille. La chambre ouverte superposée avec deux lits superposés intégrés, dont l’un avec lit gigogne, et leur propre téléviseur intelligent enchanteront tous les enfants. La retraite de maître, semblable à un spa, est l'endroit où maman et papa vont se détendre et se ressourcer après avoir profité des joies du soleil. THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT!

This place was situated right on Social circle with view of live music and walk to coffee shop. AC, TV and Wifi worked great which has not always been case at a few rentals in the past. Had plenty of cups, plates, silverware too for our large group. We loved it.

Nearly Perfect Townhome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this property for a long holiday weekend. We had three families with 5 small children. The space and the bunk rooms worked out perfect. This place is adorable and in great shape. We did not hear ANY construction noise at all. The location is perfect. You can sit out on the patio or deck and listen to the live music for town square (great for those with little kids who are already asleep). Also a short walk to all of the food options, especially to grab a quick coffee! We would absolutely stay here again.A few drawbacks:- the bunk rooms dont really have doors (thats why they arent bedrooms) - can be an issue with noise- the beds are SUPER high, including the king bed (my toddler fell off at one point and was not happy) and the bunk beds. Again, just a bit tough if you have smaller children.- the kitchen sink is motion censored and it gave us so much trouble.

Cute, plenty of room, but....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was so hot and we were unable to turn the A/C down. It was at an unreasonable temperature and nobody could sleep. We all laid there with no sheets or blankets on and fans at full blast and we’re still sweating. The back bedroom was over 80 degrees for sure. The construction next door we were warned about in the description but it did not mention that they would start at 6am each morning. There were jackhammers going by 6 every morning if our stay. There was ZERO sleep to be had on this trip by anyone. The condo is very cute, great location, and if those two things weren’t issues it would be a 10/10. But unfortunately those issues were so bad we couldnt wait to go home.

Reviewer Comments: Beach Crush is a great home for large families - we had 3 couples (parents, g'parents & aunt and uncle), plus 4 big kids and this home works great! Every inch is usable space - and not crowded! Large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Our only issue was a non-working dishwasher.

The house also had all the kitchen appliances and cookware we needed to make any meal. The home does look out on the busy town center and there is construction right next to the houses so keep that in mind if you prefer a quieter environment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st visit to CS. Beach Crush TC 7102 was perfect. In the perfect location to everything. Right across the street from Town Center where everything happens. Around the corner from Dylan's Pizza and the coffee shop. Walking distance to the Dunes pool. We actually walked to the beach a couple of times. The golf cart was great to have. The description of the house is spot on and we would definitely recommend this town home. There were 6 adults, a 5 yr old and two 16 mo olds. What an amazing family vacation spot. So many activities for the entire family.

Great time with the family and our friends

The place was clean, and there was enough space for my guests. Having Dylan's and the coffee shop close by was a bonus. The staff in the office was very helpful and always pleasant to work with. The weather was cool, and we wish the heated pools would have been warmer. That was a primary reason that we chose Cinnamon Shore, and that was a disappointment. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, and we would have no problem staying in Beach Crush again.

Magical Place

The house we stayed at had only 3 issues we noticed, one was the downstairs washer did not work (good thing there was an upstairs washer) and the downstairs shower was also damaged but fortunately there were 2 other showers and we didn't need to use that either and lastly the stairs rail was so dirty it was gray in color versus the white that it was supposed to be. I'm a neat freak specially in covid, so I noticed the change in color when I arrived and wiped everything down with my clorox wipes, I used 11 to clean that rail all the way. Other than that, the house is gorgeous. We really enjoyed our time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect vacation rental. We celebrated my daughters 13th birthday . It was very spacious , beautifully maintained and centrally located . We were only 2-3 steps away from the town square. The live music and activities were a bonus. We’ve stayed at other rentals in this area but nothing compares to the CS experience. We will definitely vacation here again. They rent this as a 3 bedroom but upstairs is actually a separate open room with 2 sets of bunk beds with trundles. ( it’s really 4 bedrooms). We rented a golf cart but it was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Fun weekend- unit needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Cinnamon Shore. We have rented from CS many times and have always had a top notch experience. The amenities are second to none anywhere along the Texas coast. The pools, common areas, and beach are amazing and fun for the entire family. We had a great time this Columbus Day weekend for sure. The particular unit we rented was the only let down. The place has lots of room and is laid out very well- it has just been used and used and not kept up. I know this year has been a weird one for sure, but we are always blown away with the level of cleanliness of each of the units we rent. This time the unit had to be recleaned as there were many dead bugs and spider webs all throughout the place. The refrigerator desperately needs to be replaced as it leaked all weekend. There are many paint touch ups that would not take the owners very long to accomplish but would make a huge difference in the overall appearance of the house. We had two other issues that the CS management graciously took care of, but were safety issues regarding two electrical outlets. And lastly- we were shocked at how bad the unit smelled right when we first arrived. We have been so spoiled always by CS and the staff and the rental properties. This one was definitely unusual. While we will stay with CS again, I will just make sure to do a better job of checking the unit before leasing. This one did not meet my expectations, but the overall trip was still great fun for our family..

Furniture is stained bad and the owner should consider that or send it out to be bleached. Other than that, surprisingly accommodating for the size.
