SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, the king bedroom has a separate bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The queen bedroom down the hall offers a cozy, woven, wicker bed, also dressed in sail-white linens. This room shares a bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination with a large, open bunk area that accommodates four children. They’ll love claiming the top or bottom for their own during their stay.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom has a large, walk-in closet and balcony access. The primary bath has a gorgeous, freestanding soaking tub and separate, glass-front shower.

Lakeview Estate is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lakeview Estate the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction.
