Unwind in this newly built 2-bedroom cabin with a loft and 2 bathrooms, located on a spacious lot in the serene countryside. Relish modern amenities, including a soothing hot tub, and take advantage of nearby outdoor activities and hiking trails. Just a 10-minute drive from the year-round entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park, this home is the perfect destination for a relaxing and restorative getaway.
This is a new construction cabin that lives large at 1548 sqft. It has two bedrooms, two bathroom, and a versatile loft.
**Floor Plan**
âą First Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, queen bedroom, laundry.
âą Second Floor: King bedroom, loft area has a day bed w/twin trundle for extra sleeping.
- High-end furniture and top-quality mattress, pillows, and linens ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
- Soothe your muscles in the year-round hot tub.
- Ample parking (easily 6 cars) and EV charging available.
- Entertainment with a Smart TV in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, ground coffee machine, dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware, and servingware.
- Unwind by the fire pit on outdoor chairs provided.
- Propane BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.
- On-site washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.
**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
âą The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
âą Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
âą This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
âą Use of fire pit and grill are prohibited during the burn ban.
