This place was great! So close to the park, had everything we needed, was in a pretty and secluded area, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking.
We loved this stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! The location was phenomenal - minutes from mt ranier entrance. The bed was so comfy. Everything was as listed. The loft area was super cool! Fully stocked kitchen and we so appreciated the few snacks / coffee and especially the pancake mix! Saved us on going out to breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again
The cabin was clean and had all of the expected amenities. The hot tub looked clean, but we did not use as the power was out for several hours and into the middle of the night (not the fault of the owner who we were able to reach by phone). While there are multiple beds, future guests should be aware there is another rental property on site which shares the parking so parking spaces are limited. There were three of us arriving, separately. I parked on the street. Again, not a problem but you may wish to carpool if in a group. I do recommend and would stay at this location again.
From India, lived in US for 20 years now, love to travel, camp, hike, bike, and be outside. Ashford and Rainier has attracted us over the past few years, and we got a few sites to come and stay ourselves and share with others. I have been hosting people over 11 years on different properties, and have loved the interaction with them.
Its hard to describe, just fell in love with the area over the past few years. Its quite here, calm and peaceful in the woods. Less phone connectivity means more time to yourself and the family.
