We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets:
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
Non-refundable pet fee applies.
Only up to 2 pets allowed (dogs only).
All pets must be disclosed.
Guests must clean up after pets, both indoors and in the backyard.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.
Smoking:
Smoking is allowed only outside in the backyard or on the deck.
No smoking inside the home.
Parking:
Parking is available for up to 5 cars in the driveway and on the street.
Damages:
Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
Trash & Cleanup:
Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the provided outdoor receptacles.
Check-Out Instructions:
Before leaving, please ensure that you have:
Checked all rooms and closets for your belongings
Thrown away any remaining food and taken out the trash
Left the property in the same condition as you found it
Locked all windows and doors
Ensured all lights and electronics are off
Set the thermostat to 75° in summer, or 68° in winter
