Place was great. Conveniently located, comfortable, parking available. There can be some noise, fire station on next block and a bar on the corner, so if you are looking for silence, this may not be for you. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 book there again.
Very clean. Good amenities such as a K-Cup brewer and selection of coffee (that is our 1st indicator of a host's attention to guests' needs)! Quality bedding and linens. Great host, all the great detail up front left no questions or confusion and the location was great!
Very close to the Spectrum Center, which is why I was in Charlotte. Nice area, felt fairly safe walking late on a Friday night. Relatively quiet given the reviews about the bar nearby. Perfect for my needs.
Townhome is very conveniently located near Downtown restaurants, is walking distance to Spectrum Center for sporting events. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Onsite gated parking garage provides security for vehicle.
This is great location in Downtown Charlotte. About 10-15 min. walk to Spectrum or great restaurants.
We found the bed comfortable, bath extremely clean and ideal for 1 or 2 guests. I will consider using this townhouse again.
The unit was very clean and updated, with an amazing view of uptown Charlotte. My wife and I enjoy walking and exploring, and from this property, we were in the heart of the uptown restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. We had a couple of questions, and the host responded very quickly! We absolutely loved our stay.
Very clean, high end appliances, quality bedding and accessories. Close to Uptown, short walk to restaurants. Gated parking. Very good value for the price.
We had a good stay, any issues with the place were small and can be easily addressed with minor maintenance (wiggly bathroom faucet, dripping from icemaker into fridge). The unit is in a property that a includes a bar, so some nights could get a little loud.
Clean and stocked ok rugs looked dirty saw mold in walk in closet around air vents and access panels living area downstairs with only bath upstairs (little inconvenience) close proximity to everything overall good
House was a touch messy (cobwebs) dust, and gunk. Place was was loud (in between firehouse and bar). Otherwise, good for what we needed it for. Things like sheets/towels were clean.
Stephanie was easy to communicate with. There were things I though she wanted to know and she was quick to acknowledge.
I'm thrilled to share that my youngest daughter is embarking on a brand new chapter in her life as she begins her college journey! She has been accepted into a university located in Charlotte, and since this weekend's visit wasn't just a simple drop-off, I opted to rent a one-bedroom townhouse instead of booking a hotel. And let me tell you, the townhouse turned out to be absolutely perfect! It was impeccably clean, and the fresh scent was delightful. It's like they knew I'm a coffee lover because they even had that covered! Best of all, the location was just a 5-minute drive from my daughter's campus, making it an ideal and easily accessible place to stay. Stephanie, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, which made the experience even better. I most definitely will be booking this location again as I will be back and forth to Charlotte over the next 4 years! Thank you again!

Property Only Sleeps 2
We rented this thinking the futons were indeed âdoubleâ like a double sized bed. They were barely the size of a love seat sofa. My 17 and 18yo girls that are over 5ft could not fit on one stretched out, and the two futons downstairs were like material on metal bars as the cushion was gone. They tried to sleep on the floor, but there was gum matted in the rug, and dirt balls. There is really only one king sized bed. Also, there were no sheets or blankets for the futons. So, my girls slept with their clothes draped around them. I asked them several times to come sleep in the king, but they wanted to stay up and watch tv. The point of getting a VRBO was to give them the space and opportunity to hang out after the concert at the Spectrum Center. For the price we paid, we could have gotten a hotel room with comfy beds for all. The bathroom was clean, but we had to find the towels, which were in the closet. Kitchen was clean for what we needed for one night. The host did not send me check in details, and I had to text them in the afternoon on the day of asking if they were going to send me details or not. Which she responded with checkin details so we could get in by 4pm. We did not receive any checkout details other than time. So, we just left with our stuff by 10am the next day. Also note.. the Bar nextdoor was hopping all night. People in the street partying and yelling all night. That and the fire station across the street, loud night. I will not stay here again.
The townhome was exactly as described. Everything went smoothly. Check-in was seemless and the host was very easy to contact. I would definitely stay again.
