Welcome to our Black Lake Chalet, a charming Swiss-built home situated on the highly desirable Black Lake, which is known for warmer water and scenic views. Observe nightly sunsets, and enjoy the warmth of the of the indoor fireplace or a bonfire on the shore.

Designed for families, but also a wonderful spot for anyone seeking a relaxing or joy-filled vacation, work-trip, or someone seeking some peace and quiet. Only an 8-min drive from I-5 & shopping, 12-min from Capital Forest, 15-min from downtown Olympia, and situated in a walkable area for enjoyment and exercise.

Enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed, guests will find this property to be a terrific choice for a delightful stay. Complete with AC, indoor & outdoor games, a washing machine, WiFi, and more, this charming home provides all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. Large amount of onsite parking! Repeat visitors to the Black Lake Chalet, another excellent experience! The house is an amazing space for a lakeside getaway with fantastic views and fun family amenities. Check-in was very easy with clear directions and easy access, along with GREAT communication from our hosts! I also really appreciated the local recommendations, turned a relatively short stay into an opportunity to explore Olympia. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay at this house on Black Lake. The house is lovely and clean with many different spaces that would make the stay fun in any season. The yard is spacious and we enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the lake. Overall this is a great lake retreat!

Well maintained lake home with great sunset views and very kind and thoughtful hosts. Cory was a rock star and made us feel very welcomed here! Couldn’t ask for a nicer host for our stay. Hope we can visit again in the future with our kiddo!

Everything was just as described with clean, spacious rooms in a lovely lakeside setting. We enjoyed the indoor arcade games and outdoor games and watercraft with our young grandson.

Black Lake Chalet was the perfect location for our family of six. The entire property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and spacious, and the the view of the lake was a great way to start and end your day (and we saw the local eagle multiple times!). If you’re looking for a quite, comfortable and completely furnished home while in Olympia, I highly recommend Black Lake Chalet.

This is an amazing place! It’s worth every penny! I hosted my partners 40th here. It was an amazing time. We love it here and will be scheduling another “family” gathering here. I can’t say enough about this place and the wonderful hosts. Cody and Andrea go above and beyond. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Definitely will be coming back

This was a beautiful property with all the things required for a pleasant stay. Well appointed, beautiful grounds, view and scenery. We enjoyed a fire next to the water, sitting on the deck and just looking at the lake and wildlife. The Host is incredibly kind and responsive! Would stay here again!

Black Lake Chalet is a wonderful Washington getaway. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The open-concept layout was perfect for our friends’ reunion, offering plenty of space to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. We especially loved the game room, large dining table, and comfortable beds. Waking up to peaceful lake views each morning was a highlight.We also enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the lake and soaking in the scenery. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Black Lake Chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable getaway.

Lovely house, wonderful location. Would come here again in a heartbeat. The only thing I missed was a drip coffee pot for my caffeine-addicted family (pod and french press available) but otherwise the house had everything we needed.

The hosts were exceptional- ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were happy to answer my questions! Such a beautiful place with tons of opportunities to relax and play together! All of us enjoyed the game room and extra outdoor games! Having access to kayaks and life jackets made enjoying the lake that much easier! We will definitely book another stay here!

We loved our time at the Black Lake Chalet! Beautiful setting and a gorgeous home with fantastic views over the lake. Excellent communication with our host and an easy check in process with clear directions to reach the chalet. Our daughter loved the game room, and our hosts had some great recommendations for places to eat nearby. We’ll definitely look for an opportunity to stay longer in the future!

What a perfect place for our family to come together for Christmas. The house was beautiful, neat as a pin, and tastefully decorated. The extra touches, like fresh flowers, cookies and a decorated tree, made this feel very welcoming and special. Cory and Andi were as friendly as their home inviting.We will be back!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful lake front property. The house is well maintained, clean, very adorable décor & we loved the kitchen island where we gathered to catch up and enjoy food and beverages! The game room was a fun perk too! Family Stay at Black Lake Chalet

Property is awesome. Very roomy inside and plenty of deck space upstairs and downstairs. The game room was a bonus. The kitchen had many amenities and we used it daily along with the gas BBQ for all our meals. The lake view is fantastic with beautiful sunsets. Cory and Addie were wonderful hosts.

Charming Stay at Black Lake Chalet

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Black Lake Chalet! This adorable rental boasts an amazing view that made our visit truly special. The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.Although we didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities, we’re excited to return and make the most of the game room and outdoor lake activities. Highly recommend this home and look forward to returning soon.

Cory went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches that made this VRBO experience the best I’ve ever had. From s’mores supplies and a fully stocked coffee station with creamer, to extra blankets, a fun game room, and even a variety of spices — everything was carefully considered. The home was spotless and felt brand new. I truly can’t say enough good things. Highly recommended!
