This property is a duplex. One side of the house has everything you need. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and so close to where we had to go making our trip much easier.

Host of the property is extremely helpful and communication was top notch. Property was as shown from pictures in listing. The surrounding area provides ample food options within a 10 min walk. We were always able to find parking on the street as we did not need to use the garage provided. Easy check in and check out process.

Great property close to downtown but far enough to avoid heavy traffic. Beautiful spacious home that accommodates a lot of people. Awesome communication with host from start to finish. Would stay again!

Townhouse is described accurately. Garage parking is nice as front street parking was always full. There is a lot of construction in the area which made it challenging to arrive. Overall a good stay.

Overall, it was a good experience. It was very clean. The only issues - no cooking pots and the closets was not useable due to a lot of stuff packed in them.

I had a great stay! The host was extremely welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with the entire time. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place worked for my son and I. We took an Uber into town and back nearly every day. It would have been nice if the dw was functional but not a big deal in the scheme of things. Ambulances and police cars must really like this street, as well as their sirens! Overall not a bad option for a tolerant father and son.

Great wedding weekend

The property was exactly what we needed for our weekend wedding getaway. It was great having a garage spot so our car didn’t have to sit on the street overnight. Perfect location to get to fountain square and surrounding areas.

There was excellent communication. The property was clean and accommodating. The only negative was noise from the street and some footsteps from the neighbors because it is a duplex. We enjoyed our time there and our group of 7 women were able to get ready and to our conference at the convention center 7 minutes away easily.

Lovely Home

Our stay was fantastic! Abby was very responsive and answered any question we had before arriving- The house was spotless, and equipped with anything we may have needed. Location is convenient, we ate down the street at Loco Mexican restaurant and uber'd to the stadium for the Bills/ Colts game! Thank you Abby! We'd stay at your place again in the future

Worked great for our needs

We stayed here in April for a business trip. The home was comfortable for 3 adults. The individual who stayed in the primary bedroom w ensuite noted that there are no curtains over the small windows in the bedroom, and when you shower, the water pools on the bathroom floor. These are pretty minor issues, and wouldn't deter us from staying there again. There are a variety of bars and restaurants that are close. Between the garage and street, we never had any issue with parking. Nice place, would return.

We’ve stayed in many VRBOs since 2014, and this is the first time I’ve left a negative review.To be upfront, we didn’t stay overnight or ask the host to fix things. We were in town to meet our newborn grandchild and needed a clean, comfortable place.The unit was not clean. Floors were sticky and visibly dirty. There were unclean dishes put away in cabinets. The dishwasher had standing, foul-smelling water. We found crumbs in the microwave and drawers. Appliances had smears and drip marks. Walls had numerous marks. Vents were heavily soiled, and one was coming loose from the ceiling. The bathtub had ring stains. The couch and chair had noticeable stains, including what looked like a spill that had not been cleaned. Overall, surfaces felt sticky and unmaintained.There were also environmental issues. The neighboring unit was extremely loud—we could clearly hear music and lyrics—and there was a strong marijuana odor in the bedroom closest to that side.We left and booked another place that same night and documented everything.The host mentioned a partial refund, but since we didn’t stay, we went through VRBO under their guarantee. In practice, that guarantee did not help—VRBO deferred to the host, who stopped responding, including about refunding the cleaning fee.Maybe this was an isolated issue, but our experience was very different. I’d suggest confirming expectations around cleanliness, noise, and how VRBO’s guarantee is actually applied before booking.

Thanks for your review Laura. I think my 15 other reviews that mention the cleanliness of the house speak for themselves. You left without telling me or giving me a chance to investigate things that you deemed “unclean”. You booked for 7 days and demanded a full refund even though that would be a total loss for me. I offered to send my cleaners back and to give you a partial refund and you refused it.
