We go to Indy every year for a trade show at the convention center, and this is by far my favorite rental, and location in Indy. 10/10 would stay again.
We only stay one night but the place was very comfortable. From the moment we walk in it was clean and inviting. Very close to downtown restaurants and events. We wish we could stay longer. Would definitely come back. The garage was a plus.
Everything as advertised and more! Details, details, detailsâŠvery attentive to adding the personal touches (I.e., coffee, filters, board games, laundry detergent, etc., etc.)! So nice to land somewhere and enjoy the experience thoroughly!!! Highly recommend this place!
We were in the area for a bowling tournament which included 5 different alleys in the greater Indianapolis area. This was much nicer for us than a hotel. It is not the taj mahal but everything was clean, the check-in/checkout process was super easy and the property manager was very responsive. The area is a little but but a cute neighborhood just east of the city. The parking garage was a must as street parking is limited. We enjoyed our stay!
This house was super cute on the inside, Very nicely set up. Garage wasnât big enough for our truck but that was no fault to the owners. No tvs in any bedrooms but thankfully it was just adults and no children so it wasnât a big deal. Signs are posted in every room telling you to turn on the fans to block out the highway noise thatâs right behind the townhome. Iâd definitely stay here again for an adult weekend!
The downstairs of the property was cute and cozy. Bathrooms were well cleaned. The property had large windows with lots of natural light. The only downside was the little kids wanted to look out and the blinds were very dusty. Could tell floors havenât been recently mopped - black on kids legs from playing. Kitchen could use some more pots and pans. Checkin was super easy!

Sleepless in Indy
The property was fine but I sure wish it was disclosed that this is next to a dog boarding facility. Dogs barked the entire night making it unable to sleep. The box fans in each room said they were to drown out road noise. Unfortunately, they did not drown out the barking.
Also, downstairs toilet did not flush.
The rental property was perfect for our group size. We had 6 adults. House is beautiful and clean. Very nicely updated. The kitchen could use some additional items, a full set of cookware would be good.
If you like to sleep in, you might consider somewhere else. There is a doggy day care next door. Each morning of our stay, the dogs barked incessantly from about 545 to 7am. The day care is located directly across the street and has a concrete wall enclosure causing the barking to echo and be very loud.
