This newly renovated bungalow is located just blocks south of the heart of Broadripple! Itâs also conveniently located 17 minutes away from the liveliness of downtown, Massachusetts Avenue, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Convention Center. The Indianapolis airport is roughly 28 minutes away. Plenty of concert venues within a short drive distance.
This house is a wonderful place for families coming to town, individuals here for business or conventions, or just people wanting to have a place to visit fiends! It has unique touches in every room and a very warm feeling throughout.
Guests have access to the entire house and the backyard! The only area in the backyard that is shared with the neighbor is the basketball court. But if you plan on having a little event/get together in the backyard, let me know and I can tell our neighbors so youâll have full access to the court!
It's a self check-in process so I won't be interacting with guests unless they want me to!
The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants less than a block away! Including the famous Jazz Kitchen. Also enjoy some of the laid back bars in the area! Amazing atmosphere right down the street!
Parking is available in the front of the house and there is also room for one big car or two small cars in the back via the alleyway. All parking is free.
- All bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the upstairs level and one is in the basement.
- Just a heads up for tall people: There is a low spot in the ceiling as you are walking up or down the stairs into the basement. More something to just remember if you are using the basement.
- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.
