The sleek, efficient kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, apartment-size refrigerator, convection oven/toaster, induction cooktop, and Nespresso coffee machine. This is a private, first-floor condo with keyless entry. Guests receive a personalized door code and a digital guidebook with everything they need for a seamless stay.

A few things to note: The primary renter must be 24 or older. The home is pet-friendly for up to one dog with a $100 pet fee. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit are provided. A separate condo unit is located above and is occupied part-time. Some sound may occasionally carry between units. As this is a peaceful residential retreat, we kindly ask that stays remain smoke-free and free of parties or events.
