OCEANFRONT ON THE PROMENADE â NEW LISTING! Relax and watch the waves on the beach and the sunsets in the evening from this lovely condominium with fun beach themes all throughout. From the 3rd floor end/corner unit especially, you will most definitely enjoy the expansive ocean views! The balcony overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a perfect little beach getaway. Kitchen and bath are fully appointed, including a dishwasher and including dishes, cookware, coffee maker, etc. Just bring your food and spices (or enjoy some of the fabulous restaurants in town).
In the evening, after youâve had all your beach fun, you can watch the flat screen SmartTV and login to your favorite appâs to your own favorite accounts. Balcony with outdoor chairs are provided to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views!! Sunsets are amazing from here. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot.
The bedroom has a King bed and interior bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed (wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping). The hall bathroom has a double door walk-in shower. There is coin-up laundry on site and a sand washing station down in the parking area. Parking is on site and for larger vehicles, there is additional parking across the street on the East side of Beach Drive. Restaurants and shopping, movie theater, arcade, gelato and ice cream for example, are just 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets (HOA rule). Some of the best views to be had and great times for all are at the beach.
