Summerchase is awesome with plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you find this level of luxury anywhere for this price!

Nice updated condo on the beach. Good central location for Orange Beach. It had full kitchen supplies. Good balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks. Kids enjoyed indoor and outdoor pool. Two beach chairs and umbrella are complimentary. I will say it is pretty annoying to pay this price and not get certain basics. There was no hand soap at the sinks. There was a regular coffee maker. So be prepared to bring or buy coffee grounds, filters, and anything you add to coffee. No salt and pepper. 4 rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags for the week. One dishwasher pod for the week. But then at the end, they want you to take out the trash and run the dishwasher. I still give the place a good rating, but these little things may be something I try to research a little more before our next trip.

We do want to clarify a couple of the starter-supply items for future guests. A detailed list of what is provided—including paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and other starter amenities—is included in the digital guestbook and in the pre-arrival information sent by our Property Care team so guests can plan accordingly for longer stays. We also intentionally do not leave opened or unsealed food items such as salt, pepper, coffee, oils, or condiments between guests. While those extras can be convenient, we can’t verify how they were handled by a previous guest, and they can also create sanitation and pest concerns in a vacation rental. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hand soap and will share that with our team. We’re glad these few items didn’t keep you from enjoying the condo and all it has to offer, and we hope to welcome you back to Orange Beach!

My family of 7 had an amazing time at this condo. Having 2 parking passes as well as 2 chairs ans umbrella complimentary to the property were perfect for our needs. The grocery and restaurants were perfectly convenient. Plus, the condo itself was pretty, clean, and super comfortable for our family. We also enjoyed all of the kitchen amenities, including the margarita machine. 😊 We will definitely be returning.

Can’t get over how clean the condo is. Not a speck of dust or sand anywhere. All beds are comfortable. The balcony is shaded all day. The 2 included reserved beach chairs kept us from having to carry too much with us to the beach. This is a smaller condo building on a private beach so it wasn’t a busy building or beach. The view is great, the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Great condo. No notes. Plan to stay again.
