Summary:
Sunshine Village #142 is a 2 story condo in the heart of town within walking distance to several grocery stores and restaurants.
The Space:
The green line shuttle, a free service, stops nearby and travels to and from the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Hiking and biking trails, golfing, and exquisite shopping are all a short car ride away.
You'll enter from the main floor where the living room has an expansive leather sectional couch placed in front of a flat-screen TV and stone fireplace. The fireplace is great after a chilly day of skiing and snowboarding. Set the perfect ambiance as you curl up on the couch. A DVD player and wifi are provided for your entertainment.
There is plenty of counter space and updated appliances for a chef to prepare yummy treats and gourmet meals. 4 seats can be found at the breakfast bar. When dinner is ready to be served, call everyone over to the dining table with 6 more seats. Eat a home-cooked meal while spending quality time together.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, small sitting area, TV, and attached bathroom for privacy. The guest bedroom down the hall has a Queen bed, TV, and an attached bathroom. Upstairs is a lofted room perfect for the kids with 4 Twin beds. A third full bathroom is available for all guests to share.
There are 2 outdoor parking spots and this home is on the 2nd floor of a condo building (stairs are required to enter the home). The shared clubhouse has a game room and laundry facilities are available for longer visits. The tennis court and BBQ stations are only open during the summer.
Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resortsâ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
